Chalet vacation rentals in Big Bear Lake

we booked this place for the view and the view was gorgeous, one of the best I've seen in Big Bear! the cabin is super cozy and everything exactly as shown in pictures and as described! the host was very responsive and proactive. we received very detailed instructions including the parking that can be a bit tricky. we had a great time, thank you!!

A great place to stay for William and Lily, two independent rooms with bonfire if they want to separate teenagers and adults😉. The super equipped kitchen, we cook the Christmas dinner there and nothing was missing! Excellent option to visit Big Bear. 🥰

very highly recommend this location- local next to all the stores (vons - stater bros) 5 -8 min drive to the little town , less than 5 min to big bear lake - host responded quick and attentive. my family enjoyed our stay here, everything was very clean and sanitary. I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends.

Bryan's place was in such a great location. it was so fun to be able to walk right to the ski resort. The home has plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. we hope to be able to stay here again!

Our stay at this cabin was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well-prepared thanks to the detailed instructions provided by the hosts. The cabin itself is cozy, well-maintained, and full of charm. The setting is peaceful and surrounded by nature, making it the perfect spot to unwind.

Hosts were very responsive. There was a winter storm during our stay and they coordinated with us to make sure all was well. The location is gorgeous and there was every amenity a person could want on site. Instructions for check-in, stay, and check-out were easy and reasonable. 5 star abnb experience. This is what it's all about.

Christina’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway. Cozy little place with a beautiful view. Christina was a great host and very accommodating and so sweet. We accidentally damaged her electric water heater and I wanted to reimburse her, but she insisted it was OK! Definitely will booked this place again sometime in March

This home was perfect for our group of 10 (adults and children) for a quick ski trip. There are tons of bedrooms with plenty of space for larger groups, and endless activities provided in the home (a heated spa, stacks of puzzles and board games, and an immense game room with pool, foosball, etc). The location is about a 5-7 minute drive from Bear Mountain, so it was extremely convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and serve meals, along with a few provided snacks that the children were thankful for. David was very communicative up front about the vacation rental standards in the City of Big Bear, which are significant, and how to enter/exit the home.

Hands down, the most beautiful cabin our party has stayed in. I didn't think it could get better than the pictures but it surely surpassed expectations. Our party of 14 (3 kids and 11 adults) were more than comfortable and cozy! It's located right near the slopes and up the hill from town. Semi-private, quiet, and remarkable views. Some of our party opted not to leave the cabin as we had the best day sledding down the hill that the property is located on. She had 5 sleds that we could use at our disposal and a ton of games that kept the kids entertained. Speaking for all the adults, our inner child got to come out with how much fun we had :-) What we appreciated most was how Alarica was exceptionally proactive and helpful by alerting us of weather conditions and alternative routes + the need for chains. We'll be back again!

cozy cabin within walking diatance of snow summit. clean and comfortable house. pool table, ping pong, and Jacuzzi were all fun. nice and responsive host.

Not only is the proximity to the mountain top notch, Loren was a wonderful and responsive host. The place was exactly what we needed for our group and we will definitely be staying again.

We stayed at this home last year and loved it so much we came back! The house has the most epic views of the mountains and there's no more peaceful place than spending time on the deck. The inside is clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, and the beds are comfortable. If you're looking for a serene respite, I highly recommend!

Great place to stay if looking to stay in the Lake Arrowhead area. Everything is as described and it felt very comfy being there. Host was very communicative and helpful. Would highly recommend!

This charming A-frame chalet with stunning lake views exceeded all our expectations from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect, close to the lake and the Village. We enjoyed the cozy fireplace, the warm ambiance throughout the cabin, and especially the beautiful mood lighting on the deck at night. The house had everything we needed, and the hosts were incredibly kind, helpful, very responsive and all around terrific people! We would definitely recommend this place.

I stayed here with my 4 kids and Husband. It was great. Nice and calm neighborhood. The kids had fun in the garage game room. The home itself was clean and perfect for my 1 year old to roam around on the floor. The only thing I would like to bring up to anyone booking it during winter/snow time, is that the driveway is VERY steep. She did warn me which was great because we took our cybertruck instead of the other vehicle we planned originally. Other than that, it was perfect for our stay. The kids were also able to enjoy the snow in the back yard. Communication was great as well.
