The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

A stone's throw from the beach is the holiday apartment, which was built in 2022. From the terrace, there is a magnificent view of the beach. On a clear day, the Great Belt Bridge is clearly visible on the horizon. One bedroom is equipped with a separate glass section facing the living room, so you can enjoy the sea view to the east without getting out of bed, as well as a private bathroom. In addition, there is one more bedroom, a bedroom with a sofa bed and a bathroom. The beds are made and there are dishcloths, kitchen towels & towels.

It has been newly renovated with respect for the house's 170-year history, including the kitchen and bathroom. The house has its own entrance, terrace, parking space and is secluded from the rest of the property. There are 2 bikes available. The house is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. There is a staircase in the middle of the property where children could be seriously injured if they fall down.

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.
