Our village is 10 km from the equestrian town of Verden, right on the Weser-Aller cycle path and a five-minute walk to the river. Children and dogs are welcome.

The vacation apartment is located in the local recreation area Steinhuder Meer in a 2-family house on the 1st floor. It is a 3-room apartment of about 100 square meters with a fully equipped kitchen with adjoining utility room with washing machine, dryer and iron. The terrace by the living room invites you to have breakfast and relax. Everyone is welcome here. We also look forward to children. Children up to 3 years free, up to 5 years €7.00, crib and highchair are available.

Canoe rental and riding club in the village. A pasture with shelter for horses can be provided for €20 per night. Dogs on request. We have dogs here ourselves. Self-catering in the equipped kitchen. We offer you a nice and cozy apartment of about 74 m² in Neustadt am Rübenberge in the district of Suttorf. The state capital of Hanover can be reached via the B6 in 25 kilometers. The Steinhuder Meer is 15 kilometers away. The nearest shopping facilities such as Lidl, Aldi, Famila, Netto, DM, gas station and a bakery are about 2 km away as well as a large Chinese restaurant. Free parking is available on the property for our guests.

Former bakery

The former bakery in Schweringen was completely renovated as a guest house in 2019 and now offers 2 rooms (1 room with a double bed, 1.40 wide and 1 room with 2 single beds, 90 cm wide) with a shared living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The Weser ferry and the Weser cycle path are right outside the door. Schweringen and the beautiful surroundings invite you to take long walks and bike rides.
