A minimalist, fully functional and self contained tiny home with tons of outdoor living space including outdoor salt water hot tub, cold plunge and shower (included with regular booking) A private Spa experience with a wood-fire sauna and cold plunge is available to book for an additional fee. Stay at the Sunburnt Mermaid Cottages by boat (nearby marina), ferry or plane. Hot tub with views of sparkling waters of Westsound. Early arrival/late departure at $25/hour when available. Heated Pool (May 15-Sept 25th) ,Fire Pit, outdoor barbecue/ kitchen. Kayak rentals available. Enjoy our Organic vegetable gardens and fruit orchard. Guest rooms have microwave, toaster, fridge, tea kettle, hot plate, internet and ROKU TV. Private exclusive hot tub use October through April 30. Max 2 adults.

You are walking distance to the beach, Birch Bay State Park and restaurants/bars with live music. A short drive will bring you pristine golf courses, an amusement park and more peace/tranquility.

Annie’s Condo

Relax in comfort with two spacious king beds and a well-equipped coffee bar at Annie’s Condo as you enjoy the peace and scenery of beautiful Birch Bay. This second floor unit boasts a wall of windows, a balcony with a view of the water, a main floor bedroom and full bath, and a loft with a half bath. The location has beach access directly across the street from the complex, an indoor community pool and hot tub, and tennis/pickleball courts. We look forward to hosting your next seaside getaway!

Still Waters Cottage is cozy oasis. 400 square feet with double bed, bath (shower and clawfoot tub), full kitchen, washer/dryer. You have access to a private back porch and yard as you go out french doors. You also have access to the common grounds for the entire property that includes grill, hot tub, fire pit with real wood and table for picnic by pond. two swinging chairs from tree, and two floating chairs with gas fire pit by pond. Community pool access just across from property.
