In the last few years, we have prepared a holiday apartment (60 m2) from the former class wing of the "Grot School", in which the large (large) students had their classroom. A light-flooded large kitchen-living room forms the focal point of the stylish apartment. Centrally but rural location, 15 minutes by car to the Kiel center, 25 minutes to the beach. Paddle on Eider & Westensee, hiking in the nature park!

Bikes can be securely locked in the basement. The penthouse floor can only be reached by residents with a chip via the elevator.

The Kösterwohnung is located on the ground floor of the historic country house that probably once belonged to the Lammershagen estate: 85 sqm – equipped with cozy kitchen-living room, fireplace, piano (slightly disturbed) and private terrace. The romantic, communal garden offers plenty of space to unwind. Wifi (fiber optic 200mbts), bed linen, towels incl. Selenter See 15, in the village 5 minutes on foot, 17 km to the Baltic Sea (20 min. by car).

On the edge of a small farm complex, surrounded by horses, chickens and a pair of storks, is our functional tiny house. The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.
