The property is located in a very picturesque area in the middle of nature, at the edge of the property flows a valley, the property has a raspberry plantation but also many fruit trees, access can be made with any type of car, it is 7 km from Sighetu Marmației and 20 km from the Merry Cemetery. It also has a 6 - 8 person fiberglass beak. More hikes can be done in particularly beautiful areas.
