All the amenities for a comfortable stay. The sports centre and the "Lesnoy" restaurant are 400 metres away. The complex has a swimming pool, a spa and a hammam: open 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on weekdays and until 10:00 p.m. on weekends. The cable car is 2 km away, and the centre is a 15-minute walk through the forest. Near the Kecharis and St. Harutyun churches.

Forget about your worries in this spacious, secluded accommodation. It's very easy to get to the house. The courtyard is quiet and very pleasant in the summer. The supermarket is 500 metres away, and the main road to Lake Sevan is 500 metres away. You can get to the centre by taxi in 7–10 minutes for $2.5–4. If guests wish, we can organize tours with or without a guide, and you can also call a cook to prepare barbecue on the grill (this is very tasty and convenient).
