Convenient location close to UMD or spacious hotel alternative for business trips or for those wanting to easily explore the sights in downtown DC.

Downtown Riverdale and Hyattsville are minutes away, which have plenty of amazing restaurants and activities.

Note: a family lives above the unit. If you just need a comfy, convenient place to rest at night, this is a great choice! (Peaceful nights are guaranteed with quiet hours from 9 PM to 6:30/7AM.) If you need quiet beyond that, this will not be a good fit.

Shopping, restaurants, the Beltway and outdoor recreation are minutes away. Guest has use of patio with table and chairs and a large back yard to sit and enjoy in good weather.
