Wonderful luxury cottage perched high on the mountain, close to everything, but with spectacular views over Akureyri and the fjord. Modern, clean and well stocked with amenities, including a hot tub and laundry. Arnor was very responsive and easy to work with, gave great suggestions for dining and activities. Highly recommend and can’t wait to visit again!

This was a beautiful place to stay. Super close to the falls, the geyser, etc. The views were stunning as well. We sadly didn’t see the northern lights, but lovely nonetheless. They also brought a stool so my disabled mother could get into the hot tub, very kind! I would stay here again.

this place is truly a hidden gem. Definitely off the neaten path and not much around that's close food wise, but 1000% worth the extra miles to stay somewhere secluded like this with the magnificent views out the massive windows in the living room and kitchen. it is on the homeowners property, but once inside you feel like you are all by yourself out there. 2 bed, 2 bath and was there by myself but felt very spacious. the interior feels new and is updated with great shower and comfortable beds and couches. would highly recommend to anyone looking for great views and seclusion.

We had a great stay! To be that close to the nature/sea is just awesome. We even had a seal showing it‘s head a few times just in front of us.

Absolutely beautiful setting and a very quiet and peaceful stay. Exactly what we wanted. 😊 Located near several spots on our to-do list which was a big bonus! Would definitely stay again!

Heidi and Rob are excellent hosts. We enjoyed our stay so much. The home is beautiful and well equipped. They provided directions with photos to get to Nes that were very helpful. We will be staying at one of their homes again when coming back to Iceland!!!!! Thank you!!!

Benedikt’s place was absolutely stunning, warm and cosy whilst taking advantage of any sunlight with a large amount of glass windows. A perfect getaway.

Beautiful location with the perfect view and the host was lovely, made sure to check in with us to make sure we were all set for our stay. Would recommend the location and house, had great amenities and design.

Cannot put into words how amazing this place was. Very homely little chalet overlooking the most beautiful backdrop. Whilst the pictures look aged it was very clean, well equipped and super comfortable. The hot tub was amazing and a wonderful place to enjoy the northern lights from. Would deffo come back. Thank you
