Why a hotel when for a few dollars more you can have all the amenities of home. We are sure you will love your stay at what we call the "Beach House". Though you are not around sandy beaches, we've made ever attempt to make sure while you are here, you feel like you are on a beach vacation. Whether a night, or a week, you will enjoy your stay gathering around the 75" big screen or outside on the patio barbecuing on the grill. No chance of seasickness here, just a good stay while you're away.

Relax and recharge at this peaceful place to stay. It is nestled among woods and overlooks a small creek. Visible from the dining room table there are a variety of birds at the feeder and deer by the river. We don’t charge a cleaning fee. In addition to the linens, EVERY TIME the bed comforters, pillow shams, shower mat and rug are laundered before the next guest. There is an iced & hot Keurig with regular and decaf options. Stays over 5 days will have a washer and dryer available for use.

Enjoy all downtown has to offer while staying in comfort and style. Everything in this apartment is brand new as of June 2023. All three bedrooms have hotel quality king sized mattresses and smart TVs, both bathrooms offer custom tile showers, the living room is furnished with 2 full sized leather sofas and a swivel chair and a 70” smart TV. Our kitchen is fully stocked including a dishwasher and we have a washer/dryer. * Need more space… we also have 2 other listings in the same complex.

Your own private cabin in the woods! A great getaway adjacent to Mohican State Forest and Mohican area activities. There is no TV in the cabin, so you can enjoy the natural setting of the cabin without distraction. NOTE: there is a walking path and steps to get to the cabin, steps up to the front door, and an open staircase to the sleeping loft. The driveway to the cabin is up hill and gravel, accessible by all cars in the Spring/Summer/Fall.
