Such a stunning location, and an even better home to stay in. The accomodation was dreamy and exceeded expectations. Perfect with the beach right across the road, and very spacious and clean. Would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Ben was extremely friendly, welcoming and responsive. He has created a lovely home and really does everything to accomodate you and make sure you enjoy your stay. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing stay at this property! The house itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning design and every comfort you could ask for. The pool area is a true highlight – it’s the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. A lovely stay in this gem on a home, the patio and pool makes any sunny day worth soaking all up. Great for families or couples looking for a home in a great location with both shops and beaches within driving and some walking distance. I would come back!

Perfect location! So close to beach and the pool was amazing to have during the great summer days we got. Spent 2 weeks over Xmas and new years and was so peaceful and perfect for what we were looking for. Walking distance to shops as well so really was a wonderful getaway. Everything in the house was as described and nothing extra was needed. Communication and checkin process was smooth and so easy. Would definitely recommend!

The location was perfect for visiting our family who are close by , making our stay even more special. Highly recommend!

A great short stay. Very good communication. The room was clean and comfy bed. A small coffee machine would have been a nice touch, but we found a local cafe. The dipping pool on level 3 was a nice surprise.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was impeccably clean and well-maintained, just as described in the listing. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, with excellent communication throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this Airbnb.

The apartment was exactly as expected with Brendan's communication for check in and any other info excellent. We were 2 adults, 2 children and the place didn't feel crowded. Arcade machines kept me out of the misuses hair once the kids were in bed. Would recommend and stay again as location is great for city access and Tumbalong Park is close which has everything the kids needed. (waterplay and playground)

Ideally located and very comfortable. This was the perfect spot for our beachside holiday - with not one but four beautiful beaches within short walking distance! Surprisingly peaceful with a private outdoor area complete with handy bbq. We loved the wide selection of local food on offer - Maritje’s recommendations were spot on 👍 The apartment had all that we needed plus the local corner store was literally a minute away. So grateful for this summer getaway 😎⛱️☀️

The host Robyn was absolutely fantastic, she was very accommodation, friendly , polite and responsive. She opened up her calendar so I could stay an extra two days and I was kindly given the option of a later check out. I felt like I was leasing from a friend. Her place is walkable to everything. You can cut down a path and be in Rushcutters bay within minutes or walk up to the cross. There is a bus stop outside the apartment. Her place has everything you need, cooking, bathtub, hairdryer, iron etc and of course that fabulous view. Thank you so much!

The stay at Bradley’s place was fantastic. It was centrally located, and an easy base to get around Sydney, with many local Cafes, bars and restaurants to choose from. The rooftop pool was amazing on hot days with unbeatable views. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and all communications were extremely easy with check in and check out easy and flexible. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Gorgeous and luxurious property in a wonderful location. Beautiful view and breeze from the balcony. Lovely small touches by the host to make it extra comfortable and relaxing. The plunge pool was a wonderful bonus!

We had a wonderful stay at the pool house villa. Beautiful space, comfortable bed, great shower with excellent water pressure, good kitchen to prepare meals. The garden and swimming pool was fantastic. The best feature is the friendly fluffy purring Siamese cats. Nice coffee shops two minutes walk, next to train station. Eva was a warm and welcoming host.

Best Air B&B experience we’ve ever had, perched above the treetops of the nature reserve, at Avalon Horizons.

This is by far the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in! The view is perfect, the pool is a great addition and very private. Close to shops ane cafes 10/10
