Jordan's place was everything we'd hoped for in Rouen. Perfect location, excellent cleanliness, quiet and near many cute places to eat and drink.

Très beau logement rénové et propre, tel que présenté sur les photos, avec pleins de commodités pour y passer un séjour agréable! L’appartement est bien situé. Il y a des stationnements pour la voiture à moins d’une dizaine de minutes de marche (près des quais (extérieur-environ 13 euros/24h) ou au Vieux-Marché (sous-terrain, environ 16 euros/24h). Tout se fait très bien en marchant depuis l’appartement. Il est bien insonorisé et les chambres donnent sur une cour intérieure intime. L’appartement que nous avions est accessible par les marches, au 3e étage. Merci à Valérie qui répondait très rapidement lorsqu’on lui écrit!

This place was tastefully decorated and had all the comforts of home. Would be a great place to stay for a couple or a couple and child. Very nice hosts!

Agathe’s place is beautifully decorated, clean, and conveniently located to the center of Roen. Driving into the neighborhood at night did not feel the most safe, however the apartment was very secure and had an easy check in process.

Un emplacement idéal pour passer un week-end à Rouen. L'appartement etait parfait à notre arrivée et notre hôte très accueillant. On recommande chaudement!

Appartement hyper chaleureux, propre et bien placé ! parking a deux minutes à pieds, a proximité de magasins et restaurants. L'appartement est au calme mais près de la vie des bars aussi. Je recommande !

Maisonnette très sympathique dans la belle propriété des hôtes. Idéal à 4 pour quelques jours, et à 2 pour un plus long séjour, du fait que le salon est aussi la seconde chambre à 2 lits simples, et contient la petite télé. Justine a toujours été réactive pour répondre aux mails, et nous n'avons eu aucun problème lors du séjour. Petite cuisine bien équipée. 2 salles de bain permettant a chacun d'être indépendant quand on vient à deux couples. L'emplacement est idéal pour se promener en ville (15 à 20 mn à pied). Seule l'entrée de la voiture par le portail peut être un peu difficile. Nous reviendrons sans doute, et nous conseillerons la maisonnette de Justine.

Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Antwortet schnell bei Fragen oder wenn was war kam Sie direkt rüber. Parkplatz suche war etwas schwierig, aber sogar da hat Sophie uns geholfen und ihr Auto weg gefahren, damit wir parken konnten. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber fein. Die Treppe etwas sehr schmal. Wir haben uns 4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder mit Hund wohl gefühlt.

Nous y avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Sylvie est bien plus qu'une simple hôte, gentille et pleine d'attention, la maison est très propre et bien décoré (avec goût). Le logement est très bien pour les enfants et les adultes, à l'étage vous avez un coin lecture et des jeux pour enfants, tout ce qu' il faut également pour un bébé. A l'extérieur cabane avec bac à sable et balançoire, trampoline, jeux divers... piscine et jaccuzi . Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous et nous avons déjà hâte d'y retourner.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb. The place was spotless, tastefully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. One of the highlights was the beautiful and private garden, perfect for relaxing—and especially ideal for kids to play safely and freely. It truly made the stay feel like a home away from home. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, offering great local tips and making check-in smooth and easy. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as coffee capsules, bottled water. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with a bakery and grocery store just a short drive away. It’s also conveniently located about an hour’s drive from the northern coastal area. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to families or anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and well-cared-for place to stay.

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour dans une maison confortable propre et chaleureuse tout comme son hôtesse et son mari ..deux chiennes amicales et câlines...nous reviendrons avec plaisir ..

Un super logement avec de beaux volumes et une très jolie décoration. Nous étions un groupe de 9 adultes et nous étions tout à fait à notre aise. Le logement est très bien aménagé avec tout le confort. De plus Mariame est très disponible. Un très bon séjour et un logement à recommander.

L'appartement était fidèle aux photos, très propre, très agréable à vivre et très bien situé. Lieu calme, literie de qualité donc nous nous sommes bien reposés Place de parking réservée en bas de l'immeuble, résidence sécurisée avec portail Thomas a été très réactif par message, les instructions claires Nous recommandons ce logement !

Appartement conforme à l'annonce, calme, literie très confortable, salle de bain spacieuse, WC séparés, grand salon/salle à manger/cuisine très bien équipés. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Cristina qui a été une hôte aux petits soins et très réactive. Toutes les commodités, la piscine et le bus pour Rouen sont à deux pas, que demander de plus? Nous reviendrons!

Logement bien agencé avec tout le nécessaire à disposition. Lit confortable. De très grandes fenêtres amènent une belle luminosité. Parking facile dans la rue. Les indications fournies sont très claires et faciles à suivre. Le rapport qualité-prix est juste. Notre hôte a été très réactive au cours de notre séjour.

We had a wonderful stay in Sofia’s apartment! It was as described in the photos and the train station was an easy 10min walk. The buses and metro station were within a 5 minute walk. Churches, shops and restaurants all walkable! Sophia was wonderful, easy to reach and very responsive. I would highly recommend her rental.

El Beuf is not a city of action and excitement. It a city of diverse culture and deep history. Everything is within walking distance and the location provided a great cross breeze to keep me and my family cool inside the home. My host was responsive and even attempted to resolve my internet issues (as I work remotely). Although we did not get it fully resolved, it means a lot that my host made the attempt. The unit is at the center of town, so as a disclaimer: There are pigeons, but they won't bother you if you don't bother them 😁. I recommend this place with 5 stars, and would rent again.

Great apartment, easy check in, great communication. Location good, 10min walk to the river, lots to do and plenty of great restaurants. 20min walk into the city. Parking is free on the nearby streets, we had to drive around a few times to find one. Apartment lovely and clean, everything you need.

Alain nous a accueilli dans son logement. Il nous a tout expliqué de manière très détaillée. Le logement est situé dans une résidence calme et à proximité des transports en commun. Pour les plus courageux, le centre ville est à 15 min à pied. Je recommande vivement.
