Although it retains the structure and distribution of the original home, we have renovated it and equipped it with all the comforts possible, to make it a spacious, peaceful and unbeatable place to rest or work, enjoy the beach and the attractions of the area at any time of the year. It's not a flat, not an apartment, it's a house.

Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and centrally located beachfront accommodation with incredible views, as it is on the top floor of the building. Its location allows you to enjoy your vacation without having to take the car, as it is located on the promenade itself. Less than 300 meters away there is a grocery store, several restaurants and children's play areas. Take a stroll to the marina where you'll find restaurants, ice cream shops, and leisure areas.

Mountain House

House with unobstructed sea views, 200 meters from the beach. The house is ideally located, very quiet, and comfortable (renovated in 2022). There are stairs: four steps from the dining room to the living room, and the bedrooms/bathrooms are on the lower floor. Access between the parking area and the house is via a pedestrian path in good condition, but not suitable for people with reduced mobility (approximately 50 meters).
