Our inviting, family friendly, 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home is conveniently located in popular central Columbia. The home is a few blocks from downtown and a mile to the MU campus. The large, open kitchen, roomy living room, large furnished walk-out basement and outdoor deck provide areas for relaxing. The home has quality furnishings with two 50" SMART TVs, cable and high speed internet access. We are continually upgrading our home and amenities for the comfort and safety of our guests.

The neighborhood is built around The Columbia Country Club, Columbia's "original club", and boasts at least one historic home. The Walter Miller House

East Campus gem! Just 2 blocks from Mizzou's campus and a short walk to downtown, Boone Hospital and Stephens College, this historic home was designed by architect James Jamieson and built in 1916 for Walter Miller (noted linguist, classics scholar and archaeologist) and his wife Jennie Emerson Miller. Extensively remodeled in 2023, the home's classic architecture remains while modern and luxurious additions will make your stay comfortable and convenient.

With windows facing the south and the east, the golden morning sun will greet you to views of the Katy Trail located just steps away. Keep an eye out for the family of deer that are frequent visitors in the yard! This room includes a queen-size bed, vaulted ceiling and a small writing table, cable TV, and WiFi. It is one step from the kitchen, and steps from the bath and shower, located right off the kitchen (shared with guests in the Jefferson Room).

This cute house is on a working alternative farm that raises grass-fed beef and lamb. If you want to get away from the busy life, come sit on the porch and watch the sunset. A state park is close for kayaking and canoeing. There are some very nice restaurants and wineries close by or you can cook in the large kitchen. There are some great biking trails and horse back riding in the conservation area that's 2 miles away.
