The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), a 1-minute walk from the swimming ladder in the harbor and a 5-minute walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is completely secluded and with a fantastic view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Chr Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is well-suited for winter stays. The house is allergy-friendly, so pets are not allowed. Note: Guests must bring their own bed linen, towels, dishcloths, dish towels + shampoo, etc.

Beautiful, small holiday apartment for 2 people in cozy Arnager about 8 km. from Rønne with 10 meters to a nice beach. Includes living room and kitchen in one, bedroom and bathroom. Beautiful terrace with garden furniture. There are duvets and pillows in the apartment, but you need to bring your own bed linen, towels, etc. The refrigerator has a small freezer. There is a TV and TV box with Google TV. The apartment must be left in a clean condition. You can pay for yourself - it just needs to be agreed upon at the latest upon arrival.

There is a very steep staircase up to the apartment, so it is not for those with mobility problems, sorry. There is a STEEP staircase, sorry. But here you get a small apartment (25 m2) almost in the middle of Rønne. Here, you can walk to shops, restaurants, church, museum, public transport, etc. It is about a 15-minute walk to the beach and forest. My place is good for couples and business travelers. You can rent bed linens and towels. Cleaning is not included. You can rent bed cover and towels. No cleaning included.

Several table and bench sets have been set up for free use. You can experience lots of small birds in the garden and occasionally also deer and hares. Lovely large partial wild garden with fruit trees, cherries, apples and pears, which you are welcome to eat. Ca 2 km. to small cozy beach, forest and lakes. I live on the property myself.
