Small 2 room approx. 50 sqm ground floor flat in a 6-family house in a quiet dead end in Bottrop Grafenwald. The Movie Park can be reached in approx. 10 minutes by car, the Westfield Centro or the Schalke Arena in approx. 20 minutes, but there is also a good bus connection (approx. 100 m). A small supermarket is approx. 1 km away, a petrol station open 24/7 approx. 300 m and the Grafenmühle holiday area is approx. 3 km away. Larger supermarkets are located within a radius of approx. 4 km.

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Sie ist saniert und renoviert. Die Nichtraucher-Wohnung ist 46qm groß mit Flur, Badezimmer mit Fenster, Wohnzimmer, Einbauküche und Schlafzimmer (Bett 2m x 1,60 m). Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt in Bottrop Stadtmitte bei einem Fußweg von 5-10 Minuten sind alle Annehmlichkeiten zum Einkaufen erreichbar. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze in der Nähe der Wohnung. Der Flughafen Düsseldorf ist ca. 30 Autominuten von der Wohnung entfernt.

Beautiful! Cozy! Central! - under the roof

A beautiful apartment, about 65 square meters, fully furnished, with exclusive amenities. Completely modernized in 2017. Large shower cabin with rain shower, new kitchen, TV, radio, etc. -> is very centrally located in Bottrop -> good connection to the A2 and A42 highways The apartment has optimal occupancy for solo travelers and couples. 2 more people can sleep on 2 extra beds if necessary. My place is very good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Schönes Apartment im Dachgeschoss eines Dreifamilienhauses. Auf ca. 27qm befindet sich eine kleine Küche mit Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher, ein 1,40cm großes Bett, sowie eine Couch und ein kleiner Essbereich. Im ausreichend großen Bad mit Fenster befindet sich eine Dusche. Die Unterkunft befindet sich im wunderschönen Ruhrgebiet. Von hier aus werden schnell verschiedene Fahrradtrassen erreicht und die Umgebung kann per Rad erkundet werden.

Central small apartment

Centrally located apartment in the attic. There is everything important for a stay. In this apartment you are also welcome if she is used to traveling and if it is furniture compliant. APARTMENT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CAT GUESTS! It's a 10-minute walk to the city center. A bus stop to CentrO is diagonally opposite to the house. Grocery store and the bakery with cafe are a 3-minute walk away. Bottrop has many interesting excursion and hiking destinations.

We offer you a quiet, yet very central and freshly renovated apartment in the middle of the Ruhr area.
