It is on a private road yet 10 minutes to downtown and the airport. It offers a full kitchen, washer/dryer on over 1 acre. The yard is partially fenced. Enjoy sitting outside in the front at the bistro table or out back at the glass table. We’re just down the road from the 2 vet clinics. Enjoy the open floor concept with the finest modern touches and walk to bars, restaurants, and all that downtown Bozeman has to offer. Amenities include a modern new kitchen, stocked bathroom, a private patio setting, and in unit washer/dryer.

Quiet neighborhood 15 minutes from downtown Bozeman, 5 minutes from canyon hiking trails. Wake up to the sound of country winds, roosters and owls singing. I live upstairs so you will hear an occasional sounds of life. I have an outdoor cat, a small Cockapoo that would love to greet you and an older blind Shitzu. There is a fire pit with chairs that you are welcome to use. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is tea and coffee ready to be brewed. I am always available with any help.

You will have your own separate entrance to this charming and comfortable guest suite in the lower level of a 3 story log home. The home is located a few miles North of Bozeman in a quiet neighborhood and features amazing views of the Bridger Mountains. The space was completely renovated during the Summer of 2022 to be a super comfortable and peaceful retreat for two. I live in the upper level of the home, so you will hear occasional sounds of me and my 15lbs Schnauzer mix, Dill.

Enjoy beauty & relaxation on acres of land and horse pastures while being minutes from Hyalite Canyon & Reservoir (some of the best hiking, fishing, swimming, boating, ice climbing, etc.) and 10 minutes from down town. The guest house (the 2nd floor of a detached building on our property) is over 1,000 square feet and the perfect place to use as basecamp as you explore Bozeman and surrounding areas. The hot tub with mountain views is a perfect way to unwind from your day.
