Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Thanks to 2 terraces, you can enjoy the sun and soothing views. The house has a large open kitchen, comfortable living and dining area and air-conditioned bedrooms. The ground floor bedroom is fully wheelchair accessible. Parking is easy via the carport and to the left of the driveway, and there are charging stations available for electric vehicles.

Our area invites you to enjoy relaxing hikes and bike rides in the woods and fields or along the Rhine. You have the option to charge and store e-bikes.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

In addition, it is an ideal base for cycling and hiking trips and water sports.

In the nearby forest, there are various walking routes and mountain bike trails. There are several restaurants nearby, and the supermarket is 100m away. The cities of Doetinchem, Zevenaar & Arnhem are easy to reach. We are close to the German border, so Elten or Kleve are also nearby.
