Welcome to our oasis of tranquility. Being located on a historical and green location in the Achterhoek, you can fully enjoy the nature. Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Other: you have your own entrance, a work/ writing spot (adjustable), a private garden with terrace (including BBQ). Incl books and games. Listen to music, via bluetooth or LP player and tuur all around you...

This spacious, detached holiday home in Montferland with beautiful hiking and cycling routes offers the perfect mix of comfort and nature. Thanks to 2 terraces, you can enjoy the sun and soothing views. The house has a large open kitchen, comfortable living and dining area and air-conditioned bedrooms. The ground floor bedroom is fully wheelchair accessible. Parking is easy via the carport and to the left of the driveway, and there are charging stations available for electric vehicles.

The accommodation is well insulated, has lots of light, is stylishly decorated, and you have access to a large garden of about 600 square meters with shade and sun. Beautiful cycling environment and nice places to visit; 10 minutes away: Doesburg/ Bronkhorst/ Vorden/ Zutphen/ Doetinchem. Arnhem is 20 minutes away. Bicycles can be charged in our shed.

Als je logeert in een boom, dan ga je even op in het leven van de boom. Je voelt heel sterk het ritme van de dag en nacht in de natuur. Je komt tot rust als je meebeweegt op dit ritme. De vogels die de dag inluiden en de vogels die de nacht inluiden. Je overziet het landschap vanuit een hoger perspectief. Je kijkt even op een andere manier naar de wereld, van bovenaf. In een boom slapen, letterlijk tussen de takken slapen is een onbeschrijfelijke ervaring.

Welcome to the Berghzicht vacation home, we are located in the heart of the characteristic Beek (Montferland). With plenty of attractions, you won't be bored. In the nearby forest, there are various walking routes and mountain bike trails. There are several restaurants nearby, and the supermarket is 100m away. The cities of Doetinchem, Zevenaar & Arnhem are easy to reach. We are close to the German border, so Elten or Kleve are also nearby.

For children, there is a large playing field. From the house, you have a wide view over the meadows. Less suitable for groups of young people. The house is optimally furnished for 12 people. There are beds available for 14 adults and 2 cots.
