The old mill tower is located in a quiet detached house settlement right in the heart of the Wesermarsch. On the four lovingly renovated floors (approx. 100 sqm) with old wooden beams, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, a living area with a sofa bed for two, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a separate bed and a bedroom. In the garden, there are two terraces with seating, including by the water of a stream. Directly opposite is a children's playground. Guest Wi-Fi available!

This can be easily reached by passenger ferry in summer. The surrounding area invites you to take walks, bike tours, kayak tours and swim. The location is an ideal starting point for day trips, for example to Bremen, Oldenburg, Bremerhaven, the North Sea, etc.

I am happy to pass on my cottage to transit travelers or vacationers. It is centrally located in the village near the dike. Shopping facilities are within walking distance. Bed linen and towels included 3 bicycles (adults) + 1 children 20 inches can be booked for a small fee. E-bike on request as well. Public transport can be reached in a short distance. The garden in a south-west location offers a garden house, seating, a lounger and a relaxing hanging swing

Apartment David & Marion (above) near the North Sea

In the idyllic Wesermarsch, near the district town of Brake, is our cozy 65m² apartment. Outside, behind the house, there is a terrace and a seating area under the chestnut tree. We only mow paths out of consideration for the animals that live with us and seek refuge... such as hedgehogs, pond newts, frogs, butterflies, hares, ducks, deer and many more. The North Sea can be reached in about 20 minutes by car and the Weserstrand in 10 minutes by car.

On the first floor, there is the kitchen, bathroom with shower, a living room and a bedroom with two separate beds. The attic is open with a living and working area, as well as a sleeping area with a double bed. There is a spacious balcony to the south side and with a view of the Weser.

The about 200-year-old farmhouse is located at the entrance to the village of Platjenwerbe, right on the border to Bremen. On the 3500 sqm property, which is surrounded by old oaks, there is plenty of space to linger, play and relax. You have the entire attic of the house to yourself. There are three CATS (Mieke, Erwin and Kurt) living with us in the lower level. They might visit you if the door is open.
