Idriss is an amazing host. He is there to respond to your question and make you comfortable and the place is very peaceful. 10 minutes from the airport easy to get a transportation. My unit was not available for me, however, they offer me another unit, which was very comfortable.

Nous avions passé un très bon séjour. Le logement était proche des endroits où nous avions passé nos activités. L'électricité et l'eau étaient en permanence, en tout cas je recommande vivement le logement. Grand merci à Théophile avec son équipe. C'était impeccable.

La maison est parfaite et le prix abordable pour un séjour dans une commune et un quartier calme de Kinshasa. L’appartement et l’extérieur sont propres spacieux et confortables. Il y a également les panneaux solaires qui nous permettent d’avoir de l’électricité à tout moment même en cas de coupure générale. Finalement nous nous sentons parfaitement en sécurité vu qu’il y a un sentinelle qui veille sur la maison chaque nuit. Je recommande absolument ce logement à toute personne venant à Kinshasa !!

Prosper était à l'écoute et a été de bons conseils notamment sa superbe recommandation du restaurant où nous avons pu diner avec nos enfants.

This apartment is very good, clean, and very spacious. service and security was amazing. Thank you. I had a good experience at apartment Olikas groupe. There was no problem getting to the apartment when i landed and the owner of the facility was very nice and communicated with me about the apartment very well and so did the driver that takes you to your destination during your stay. I really enjoyed my stay and the area is beautiful. This is where i will book next time i will visit the country. Nice experience.

Marlene was truly an exceptional host who went far beyond what anyone could expect. From the moment we booked, she was kind, responsive, and attentive, but what really stood out was how she handled a very difficult situation we faced. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected visa issue, we were unable to travel as planned. Even though our reservation was marked as non-refundable, Marlene showed incredible compassion and understanding by generously refunding our stay. This act of kindness lifted such a huge burden off our shoulders during an already stressful time, and it showed how much she genuinely cares about her guests, not just as a host, but as a thoughtful and empathetic person. It’s rare to come across someone who will go to such lengths to make things right and offer support when things don’t go as planned. Marlene’s integrity, generosity, and kindness truly made a difference for our family, and we will always be grateful. Thank you very much !

Mon passage chez madame Déborah a été excellent. La qualité de son service en commençant par les agents de sécurité à madame Déborah, n'est pas à reprocher du tout. Les photos représentent la réalité. Electricité et eau à tout moment! Je reviendrais à mon prochain voyage sur Kin.

Staying at Alain's apartment was an absolute delight! The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation. The apartment itself was stylishly decorated and impeccably clean. The host was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the sofa, the big closet, the Internet speed, the air conditioner, ... I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Kinshasa and would definitely stay here again in the future! Dexter

Je salut mr valery, papa abattoir, papa zega luketu, papa Yannick, maître yang six on na créé une famille avec tout ses personnel trop gentil. L’appartement bien équipé, Clim super, ménage maison tout le jours, sécurité assurée, de l’eau chaude comme à Paris franchement je valide fort. Je suis très satisfait 5 étoiles pour le l’électricité. However, Simplice's apartment in the Congo stands out as one of the nicest, best-located, and most affordable accommodations I have ever experienced. My stay on the 6th floor provided me with a stunning view of the Congo River. The apartment itself was impeccably clean and modern, and it had everything I needed to feel at home. The staff was also exceptional, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Our cleaning lady kept the apartment spotless, and Lionel at the reception desk was always happy to arrange a taxi to pick me up at the gate. Overall, my stay at Simplice's apartment was an overwhelmingly positive experience. I would highly recommend this accommodation to any traveler looking for a comfortable, affordable, and convenient place to stay in the Congo.

Je n'ai qu'un mot à dire sur Monsieur Ulrich: RE...AC...TIF Subsidiairement dans le désordre : Arrangeant, accueillant, efficace, fiable. Je n'ai qu'un mot à dire sur le logement: NI...CKEL! Subsidiairement : Propre, très propre, sécurisé, rue goudronnée, calme malgré la proximité du tumulte et des concerts de klaxons des rue de Bzv, proche de Maya-Maya, personnel courtois, bien climatisé. De plus en face se trouve une petite épicerie où on peut s'approvisionner (lait par exemple) et à une centaine de mètres du logement j'ai mangé le meilleur riz de ma vie acheté dans un nganda. Merci Monsieur Ulrich, merci Brazzaville, j'ai été très enchanté de mon séjour! Pierre

Nous sommes resté bloqué à cause des inondation. L’hôte à été disponible et à notre écoute. Airbnb au top, localisation super, aucune coupure d’électricité, personnel à disposition aimable et bienveillant. Le rotana est réellement à proximité à pied. Quartier calme. Nous reviendrons, ce logement a été notre coup de coeur et à été le point positif notre séjour.
