Self check for convenience Tiny cabin with all you need squeezed into it for pleasant stay. It is located on a secluded property not far (5 miles) from major interstates. It is a small guest house across the lawn from our house where my wife and I live. It has window AC and wifi available. Free continental breakfast foods provided. (There is no kitchen) Cleaned to perfection ! We do spray for bugs but it is not unusual to see some spiders and bugs since the cabin is right against the woods.

1832 Historic Washington Bottom Farm Log Cabin

Welcome to our renovated 1832 Log Cabin on the grounds of the George William Washington and Sarah Wright Washington 19th century plantation. The cabin was the first structure built. Then came barns and slaves’ quarters (no longer standing). The dairy barn is now a woodworking shop and the bank barn was recently restored. The main house, built in 1835, is Greek Revival style. Today, our 300+acre is Certified Organic. We border the South Branch of the Potomac River. It’s ALMOST HEAVEN !

It is 4 walking blocks from downtown scenic, historic Bedford. 3 miles from the Omni Bedford Springs, 45 minutes from Blue Knob Ski Resort, 1 hour from 7 Springs and Hidden Valley Ski resorts. Close to bike and walking trails. 16 miles from Pike to Bike trail in Breezewood. Quiet neighborhood. Fire ring and gas grill with a level back yard perfect for a picnic, playing or get together. Back sun deck and plenty of parking.
