Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dinning area and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a terrace with a view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. There is enough space for skis, bikes, etc.

Unser Haus ist die perfekte Basis für alle, die gerne Zeit in der Natur verbringen. Hier findest du Ruhe und Erholung mitten in der Bergwelt . Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Im Sommer startest du direkt vor der Haustür zu gemütlichen Wanderungen. Mit der Bregenzerwald Gästekarte nutzt du im Sommer außerdem alle Seilbahnen kostenlos, der Eintritt in die Freibäder ist inklusive. Im Winter erwarten dich Skipisten, Langlaufloipen und schöne Winterwanderwege inmitten der verschneiten Natur.

The modern interior includes everything you need for a relaxing vacation in the Allgäu Alps. With fantastic views of the mountains, the day starts from the bed and ends relaxed on the cozy balcony, and if you want, also in the hanging swing. Whether on foot, by sled, with cross-country skis or by bike, you can start right at the house.
