It features a 160 cm bed, a fully equipped kitchen with raclette and fondue sets, and a simple bathroom. Enjoy sledges and a spacious garden for building igloos. To reach the house, walk from Schluhmattstrasse down the stairs or through the woods from Zenstecken. We’re happy to assist with any questions as we live in the same house. The Studio is situated 20min from the center.

The residence is located in the city center of Cervinia and it was just modernized to satisfy every desire. In the winter season the ski resort is just 80 meters away from the flat and in summer there are the city center, the golf club and all the trails that you can imagine just behind the residence. The house has the private garage for your car or for your ski tools and a big balcony where you can see the mount Cervino.
