Lake Werdersee and the Weser River are within walking distance, and thanks to the excellent connection to several train and bus lines, the city center and the rest of Bremen are just a stone's throw away.

The apartment has a living and dining room, a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen and a terrace. The terrace is only visible from a few points. Attention: passage between the kitchen and the bathroom separated by curtain (no door). For long-term bookings over December/January, please ask for a special price!

Nice apartment on the 2nd floor of a Bremen terraced house in Altfindorff. Bathroom with shower, mini-kitchen & covered balcony. This special place is close to everything: supermarket, weekly market, pharmacy, etc., 10-minute walk to the Congress & Exhibition Center, 10 minutes by bus to the train station & 15 minutes to the city or the Weser (Schlachte). However, quietly located, close to the Bürgerpark & Torfkanal. Many activities & restaurants are right outside the door.

Bright apartment on the 2nd floor/attic in a central location. The apartment is about a 10 minutes walk from central station in a small side street. The city center and the Bremen "Viertel" (Ostertor/Steintor) can also be easily reached. You can walk to the nearest tram stops in about 5 minutes. A cat lives downstairs in the house. There is internet with WiFi access ! However, no super fast fiber optic cable ! Not selectable here in the center!

The entrance area includes a small hallway, followed by 1 room with a desk, 1 sofa bed, wardrobe, etc. The 2nd floor is reached via a staircase, there is a living room.- Sleeping area with a double bed (140 x 200 cm), dining and kitchen area. It is fully equipped - WiFi, towels, bed linen, etc.

Dieses abgeschlossene Apartment ( ca. 20 m² ) liegt im Erdgeschoss unseres Hauses zum Hinterhof . Im Zimmer befindet sich ein großes gemütliches Doppelbett ( 180 x 200 ) und eine Sitzecke. Im Flur zum allein genutzten Badezimmer, steht eine gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, Herd und Backofen. Unser Haus liegt in Fußgänger Entfernung ( 5 min ) zur Innenstadt mit allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, und 10 min. zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof.

A place to relax! Our multi-storey in-law with a separate entrance offers a lot of privacy. It's perfect for two adults. A comfortable king size bed ensures a good night's sleep. There is a shower room and the wardrobe on the ground floor. The bright living/sleeping room upstairs invites you to linger. Another small staircase leads to the separate fully equipped kitchen. Netflix and Amazon Prime subscriptions can be used on the TV.

Features 1 bedroom, 1 living room with dining area, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 kitchen. Public transport is in the immediate vicinity, about 5 minutes' walk to the stop. Airport is about 10 minutes away. Please note that our apartment is not suitable for small children.
