Vacation rentals with a firepit in Brevard County

Andrey’s home was warm and welcoming. Very clean and had everything inside the house we needed. Beds were comfortable and shower was great. Well stocked kitchen. Would recommend for a family, lots of fun things to do.

Tiffany and Tanya were very helpful with instructions beforehand and were communicating throughout the week to ensure there were no issues with our stay. The home was exactly what we were looking for and had plenty of space for all of us. I would absolutely stay here again in future visits to Melbourne.

We had a wonderful time at Ariel’s place. The house and property are beautiful. We visited during the cold snap that hit across the country. The days were rainy and cold which was a bummer but the house made it better! The views are wonderful. We loved watching the manatees, dolphins and birds. The hot tub was a real treat. The beds were comfortable and the house has everything you need for a great vacation! Thank you Ariel! We will be back!

We loved our stay at Sondra’s house! The house matches the pictures plus we were amazed at how well stocked it is. Box fans for each of the rooms, extra blankets, spices for the kitchen, laundry detergent, coolers, sunscreen, etc. The outside is beautiful and we spent a lot of time by the pool as well as the fire pit. Sondra gave us details on the upcoming rocket launches and it was really incredible to watch them from the beach. I would highly recommend staying here! We hope to come back!

this place worked perfectly for our needs (large family). there were five large bedrooms and plenty of area. huge yard with stuff for the kids to do (basketball, soccer). fire pit was nice to have. The owners were very attentive and welcoming (personal message, welcome basket). the carport cover has a hose which is super convenient to rinse off sand. About 30 mins drive to the beaches and Cape Canaveral. grocery stores about 10mins away. Would definitely stay there again.

This was a perfect place to stay prior to going on a cruise. Close to the port and spacious enough for the 6 of us. The place was very clean!

Everything was as advertised and I would be willing to book again. The host was very communicating and accommodating to our needs with some specialized equipment that we had I would recommend us to anyone or family.

Genna is amazing. Gave great suggestions on food and super responsive. Great location to walkable places and well as short drives to pretty much eveeything. Place is super cute and has everything you need for a short or long trip. Would totally come back.

The place looks like the pics. The host was great. Sitting on the dock is an awesome experience there. The bed was incredibly comfy. The outdoor shower was beautiful. My only negatives would be that you can hear the movements of the guest in the unit above, and it was not immaculately clean. There were some spots on the rugs and dirt/debris on some floors. Nothing major.

I don’t have much to say but, except I absolutely loved the place and would love to book again in the future

This is a cozy little cottage style place. There is a gas fireplace that I used a few times. The kitchen is tiny but functional. Had dishes pots and pans. Ashely was very responsive and helpful with questions. The unit is 1 block off main street. Resturants were all walkable. Very close to the beach. I would stay here again.

Walking onto this property is like taking a step into an oasis. Martyn greeted us with a big smile and warm welcome and showed us around. It’s spacious, and clean. The pool was just wonderful! You can hear the ocean from the property and at night we could hear the tree frogs serenading us to sleep. The outdoor living room is great, and this really gives you a feel for indoor outdoor living in Florida. He and Tracey are very kind and caring and thoughtful human beings and we are lucky to be sharing the planet with them. The location is amazing. It is such a pristine area that is well preserved, and the beach was private and just beautiful. We highly recommend this wonderful apartment and hope to get back one day soon.

Absolutely amazing AirBnB. Would definitely return! The view alone is worth it. Beach is very private and had few people. Deck is wonderful. House furniture is great too. Very responsive host too that professionally handled any issues we had (like checking in). The bugs outside are no joke though. You'll need bug spray if hanging on the deck.

Cute, private room in an excellent location, central to river, beach, KSC, Orlando, shopping, night life in Cocoa Village. Kat was great, very responsive yet unobtrusive. The unit was spotless and well stocked with necessities and extra items as well in case we forgot toiletries, etc. Would book again!

My husband and I are small business owners 1 1/2 hours south in Martin County and it is difficult to get away so Cocoa Beach was a perfect choice for our anniversary and the loft on Kathy's property was absolutely perfect for this born and raised beach bum. Our business is a Concierge business so I am a stickler for detail and customer service. Kathy and her property exceeded my expectations. The loft is simply and beautifully decorated with an eye for detail. From plenty of charging ports to both a traditional and a Keurig coffee pot. She even had the exact brand of more holistic products that we use home in the shower. Kathy and Marina were very responsive and so kind. The weather was freezing cold rain and wind but it didn't matter. Curling up in the loft to read and watch movies was the perfect anniversary! Our hope is to make this a annual trip and a quick getaway when the opportunity arises.

Great getaway for families! The kids really enjoyed interacting with the animals

Cabin Farmhouse was perfect for us starting with its location near the Merritt Island and Orlando Wetland wildlife areas we were visiting. It was a peaceful and a relaxing space after a day of bird watching. The house was extremely clean, had everything we needed, and we enjoyed quiet time on the front porch. We hope to stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Adorable coastal themed cottage in an idyllic location. Old Florida at its best. The cottage had everything we needed and the property owner made us feel right at home. Excellent communication from my initial inquiry to final checkout. I will definitely return to Carmen cottage.
