Vacation rentals with lake access in Brickell Key

Princess was an absolute joy to deal with. From start to finish she was kind, responsive, and accommodating!! They were doing work in the area on our second day there and she came over to the house to see what was going on with the plumbing. When she discovered it was happening to all the neighbors as well, she went and purchased cases of water, gallons of water, etc for us to cook and drink with. She sat and kept my mom company for 2 hours and that really warmed my heart. My mom is 80 and loves a good conversation and she said that Princess treated her like she was family. We will definitely be staying with her anytime that we are in Miami. The house is spotless clean, comfortable beds, there is a gate around the property that made as feel so secure. We slept like babies. There are plenty of restaurants close by and the neighborhood is super quiet. If ur on the fence about this house, dont be! Its great and you will love it!

This house is adorable. The little veranda where you can have your morning coffee is really private. The outdoor shower was really cute and it’s literally steps from Hollywood Beach. He had chairs available for us to use. The kitchen was really well stocked beds were clean and bathroom was clean. It was very nice. We’ll definitely stay here again

We had a great day at this beautiful home. We were there for New Year’s and toured the Everglades. It is close to Miami downtown as well as Coral Gables and the Everglades. So much to do. The restaurants were great. The neighborhood is beautiful. We will be back!

Our group had a great stay here! Very spacious, especially with the huge backyard and pool. House is very well supplied with essentials. Will definitely be staying here in the near future!

It was our first vacation in Miami and Gian’s house made it most memorable and enjoyable. He is an amazing and warm host, very responsive and helpful. I would go back to his house every time we are in Miami.

I liked everything from the location, the comfort and the attention of the owners, very friendly, I felt at home

The home was easy to find. Utilized a car to get to the beach. Beach parking is around $7/hr. The pool was good temperature. Back yard was private. Nice grill. Lots of kitchen amenities and extras. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. Overall a great Christmas vacation for our family.

Olena was a wonderful host — super friendly and responsive! The room was beautiful and clean, and the pool area was such a nice touch. We especially loved the spacious and cozy backyard — perfect for relaxing. The space was more than enough for our group of 8. Even the daybed in the study was more spacious than expected, and the sofa had adjustable backrests, which made it incredibly comfortable — even for sleeping! Everything was tidy and well-maintained. Would definitely stay again!

Miriam was amazing from the moment we booked months prior to our trip. Thankfully, we did not experience any issues throughout our visit that required us to reach out to her, however, she did allow us to push our check-out time significantly without an additional fee which was highly appreciative. As for the resort, I’d say to just be prepared for the additional resort fees and parking fees per day. Also, the elevators were a bit troublesome due to one of the 4 being down, so there were pretty decent wait times. Aside from that, everything was great! I would absolutely book again and I highly recommend. Thank you, Miriam!

Loved this place! We stay at these condos every year and Effrain’s place was our favorite. Very clean, nice view, easily accessible to the beach. Very great host, communicated quickly. Will be back for sure. Thank you!

This place has the most stunning views and apartment itself for 4 people was very comfortable. Clean , modern , easy access , location and so much more was a plus . I would come back for longer duration next time !

Great place. Great stay. Everything you need. Communication between owner and property manager was a little confusing but host was let us leave our bags in the apt before it was finished being cleaned (and it was ready before expected). Check out was easy and we were able to get a late check out. Building was very busy. Elevators were a bit slow. But all in all a great stay - would stay again!

The views of both the ocean and the city with bay was really nice. Great place for people watching. There was mention of construction but it was on the other side so I never heard it. It was peaceful and relaxing. And I love that the balcony doesn’t have to deal with the hot direct sun but has good shade throughout the day.

I stayed here with my friend and we had a great time. Beach and access was fantastic. Pool was very inviting. Kids had a lot of fun. Walmart and Publix is about a 15 min walk. There are some nice restaurants across the street. Natalia and Pablo were every responsive and helpful with answering our many questions. The rooms were spacious and the view allowed us to see the city street and beach from a distance which was unusual. Overall we enjoyed our trip!
