Beach condo vacation rentals in Brighton Beach, Brooklyn

This is the best value accommodation in Brooklyn and Queens. If you commute up North by car regularly you will have to pay the tolls, so getting a EZPass Transponder is essential. You should plan far out if you take MTA. It is also amazing that there is a washer, dryer, and stove that some other Airbnbs restrict or don't have. Street parking is manageable unlike some densly populated parts in the city. Also being by the beach is great.

The condo is spectacular and the host was very gracious and helpful! Note: there are alot of stairs to climb. We were unaware of this prior to checking in and my mother was unable to make it up the stairs due to her recent hip surgery. So please note there are stairs and it's not handicapped accessible. Otherwise great stay! Thanks!

Perfect location for a quick get away and so thrilled we could bring our furry loved ones. Eoin was kind and prompt with communication. The location is walking distance to all you could need. It was a quiet and peaceful few days.

Great hospitality and communication was excellent. View of the water and lots of space. Could also park right out front, vet accommodating and friendly.

Julio was a great host, very communicative and very compliant. Everything was how it was described and didn’t have any issues with anything in the unit. I will definitive be a return customer.

Das Airbnb war für unsere Zwecke ideal. Wir waren 7 Personen (5 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) und hatten genug Platz. Mit 7 Erwachsenen wäre ein zweites Bad wünschenswert gewesen. Die Lage ist gut, leicht zu finden und sehr ruhig. Hausregeln wurden klar kommuniziert, die Kommunikation mit dem Host war unkompliziert. Einziger Mangel: Der Gasherd strömte trotz Aus-Schalter Gas aus – wurde gemeldet. Bei Ankunft war es recht kalt – eine vorgeheizte Wohnung und ein paar bereitgestellte Wasserflaschen wären angenehm gewesen, aber das sind Kleinigkeiten. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Wir wählten dieses Airbnb, weil es günstiger war als Hotels oder andere Unterkünfte in Manhattan. Die Fahrt nach Downtown dauert ca. 1 Stunde, Kosten ca. 6 USD pro Person (Light Rail + PATH). Uber/Lyft sind teurer. Parkplätze waren meist in derselben Strasse verfügbar. Wer eine preiswerte Alternative zum teuren Manhattan sucht und gleichzeitig bereit ist, etwas Fahrzeit in Kauf zu nehmen, ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Het appartement voldeed volledig aan de verwachtingen – alles was precies zoals op de foto’s. Het was schoon, netjes en ingericht met oog voor comfort en toegankelijkheid. Fijne extra’s zoals douchegel, wattenstaafjes en afwastabletten waren aanwezig, wat het verblijf nog aangenamer maakte. Holly reageerde steeds snel en behulpzaam op al onze vragen. Ik zou dit appartement zonder twijfel aanraden – zeker gezien de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding!

Le logement est vraiment pratique pour visiter New York et à seulement 6-7 minutes à pieds des lignes de PATH qui vont sur Manhattan. Hoboken est une belle ville aussi à visiter avec tout à proximité. Pranay et Urja nous ont vraiment bien accueilli et nous ont donné beaucoup de conseils pour nos visites. Ce sont de supers hôtes 😉 Thank you !

We had such a nice, comfortable stay while in town for a work trip (and with our pup). The condo was super clean, the perfect size, and an ideal location to get in and out of NYC. It is also right near the main street in Hoboken with an excellent variety of bars, restaurants, and shops. Highly recommend and we would certainly stay again!

The location was central to the places we needed to visit during our stay, area is peaceful, clean environment. Inside clean it was just perfect we enjoyed our stay value for money. The host responded on time and assisted to help us settle in well.

The pictures dont donit justice, Anna's place is much bigger than in the pictures and sparkling clean and done up very tastefully. Everything was very eas and she left detailed instructions which made everything very easy and simple. Anna was always available and very easy to get in touch with. She was extremely hospitable and understanding and me and my family felt completely at home there.

Appartamento molto grande, pulito ed in zona tranquilla. Check-in molto semplice ed host molto reattivo nelle comunicazioni. La vicinanza del treno permette di raggiungere facilmente il path e poi spostarsi a New York. Consiglio vivamente per il rapporto qualità / prezzo. Rispetto a Manhattan prezzi molto più abbordabili. Vicino all’appartamento inoltre c’è un locale Miss America dove offrono colazioni spettacolari. Unica pecca, non ci sono market vicini per fare la spesa. Se avete però la macchina il problema non c’è. Vacanza per noi molto positiva.

Was a quick walk to the light rail and easy to get to the Hoboken station into the city. Beds were comfortable and kitchen and bathrooms were clean. The restaurants near the Hoboken station are open later so definitely good to pick up food late at night. Is a great place to stay. Only negative would be that both showers clogged up when using and would be standing in ankle deep water by end of shower. I did message the host and they said they were working on it when we left. Would stay here again.

The spacious condo was spotless and bright with high ceilings. Plenty of room to spread out. Communication with the host was fast, they were very accommodating. The unit was very quiet and comfortable, easy to sleep. The kitchen is well equipped. I hope this will be available next time I’m in the area!
