Beachfront vacation rentals in Brightwaters

Rob was very responsive to all emails and texts and all the instructions for checking in/checking out were very clear. House was exactly as advertised. Easy to get to beach and town. We had a really nice stay.

Jennifer was a great host, and the appartment was well equipped and fantastic to chill out at for a few days. The balcony was great to sit out in the sunshine and the beach and restaurants were all in easy walking distance. I would not hesitate to go back should my travels take me back to New York.

We were there for a funeral. One family member came in from Hawaii, one from Washinton, and one from Califirnia. The apartment was cozy, well-appointed, and literally a block from the beach. The nearby grocery store and eateries was helpful. Would we stay there again? Absolutely.

We really loved staying here. Fantastic location, big patios, comfortable beds. Right by the beach. Grill, spices, speaker system indoor and big portable outdoor speaker. Two bathrooms, skylights... Big dining room table. Awesome spot! Thanks so much for having us.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour chez Jenna. L’appartement était spacieux et très propre, comme sur les photos. Bien situé, à quelques minutes du boardwalk, quartier tranquille. Nous avons rencontré Jenna et son mari, qui étaient très gentils. Ils se sont assurés que tout se passait bien pour nous et ils nous ont donné des recommandations de restaurants. Je recommande sans hésiter!

This Airbnb was perfection. The moment we opened the door and walked inside, we felt right at home. Beautifully decorated and little details added to the warm ambiance. We were immediately greeted by the stunning view of the bay with the large windows. The kitchen was nicely sized and had every size pot and pan to cook what was needed. Fridge was clean and empty so we easily fit all of our cold foods. Upstairs master bedroom was a wow factor. Incredible views of water and very comfortable. The two rooms downstairs were super nice as well. Bathrooms were clean and had nice shampoo/conditioners and body wash. Backyard was so cute! Hot tub once again gave an opportunity to soak in the beautiful views while relaxing. Beach is sooo close and it’s like having the beach to yourself because it wasn’t crowded. Host was very flexible, easy to talk to and very quick to respond. I had a lot of questions and she didn’t make me feel like a burden. Our family truly had a wonderful time here!

The place is stunning. The views and being right on the beach is priceless. We stayed with two kids and a dog. Would want to buy the place that is how much we loved it! Everything is there as described and more. The piano was great for the kids! Chelsea is super helpful and nice. Finally again an AirBnB that feels like home.

My old college band got together for a mellow weekend of jamming and catching up. Shay’s lovely beach house was perfect in every way - thoughtfully outfitted, cleaned and cared for. Shay is a really nice guy too. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

Very very good Airbnb experience. The house is cosy, organized and well loved and the gardens/pool are serenely beautiful. It’s the perfect spot. I’d recommend highly.

The house was beautiful and even nicer than the pictures. We loved the pool and the beach was right there. Tim was super responsive- especially around check in time. Would easily stay there again next time i am im the area !

Geoffrey and Thomas were very gracious hosts, filled with benevolence, they greeted us with such warmth, gave us a tour of their beautiful home, along with the complimentary beverages, providing us with resources as well as information about the island since we’re newcomers, the house was lovely, clean and serene, hot tub was amazing, we enjoyed hearing their stories about fire island as well as giving us recommendations for food, shopping and sightseeing, it’s good to know fellow New Yorkers will have your back, very happy we picked their place to stay, absolutely would come back.

We came to the Hamptons for a wedding and really lucked out finding Mark’s beautiful home. The setting is gorgeous, set in a horse farm with pond, tennis courts, pool. The home is clean and super comfortable . But the best part of our stay was meeting Mark and Julie and getting a feel of what it is like to live in the Hamptons. Really- so lucky to have found this place!

the house was extremely comfortable...quiet yet close to town and a 5 minute easy walk to the beach. it's a little small, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, but well-appointed. the pool is gorgeous. shawn was extremely responsive to any questions we had .

I cannot describe accurately how lovely and comfortable Jonathons house is It was more than perfect for us in every way! The fenced in yard was perfect for our little dog and we all enjoyed turkeys and deer hanging out. Walking the neighborhood and to the beach with leaves changing It couldn’t have been any better.

We had such an incredible stay here! The home was beautiful, communication was excellent, check in was easy, and an early drop off of our bags was accommodated. Highly recommend and would love to return next year!

Christina’s place is a lovely cottage by the marina and walkable into town. The main loft bedroom and sitting area is spacious and comfortable. We stayed for the holiday with our adult daughter and we were all comfortable and cozy. She had her own bedroom on the main floor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while we visited our family over the holiday.

This space was absolutely wonderful. My family felt extremely comfortable, safe, and well taken care of throughout our stay. The environment was welcoming, clean, and thoughtfully prepared, making it easy for us to relax and enjoy our time together. We would highly recommend this space to anyone looking for a truly comfortable and worry-free experience.

Astrid was a great host and the house was awesome. It has an indescribable character and charm, with amazing views to go with it. Visiting in the early Spring, we weren't fully able to enjoy the outdoor amenities, but could only imagine a stay later in the spring/summer. The home was cozy and private. Additionally, very well equipped with everything you could need, from paper towels to cooking supplies. The stairs are steep as mentioned, but we had zero issues. Would highly recommend!

Das kleine Häuschen ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Alle Details passen und sind hübsch. Die Umgebung hätten wir uns etwas anders vorgestellt, da es mitten in einer Siedlung von kleinen Hütten und Häuschen stand. Alles etwas sehr nah auf einander. Aber die Nachbarn die da waren, waren sehr nett. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und es hat allen sehr gut gefallen. Vielen lieben Dank das wir zu Gast bei Ihnen sein durften….😊
