Great stay as a family! We really appreciated the location with the amenities. There were games for all the family. We needed everything we needed Very big! Very good quality price. We really appreciate it ☺️

Brad and Rose’s lake house is a perfect lake side get away. The location is beautiful and surprisingly convenient for being 30 yards from the border. The house is 20 minutes from Newport and 30 minutes from Jay peak down well maintained road. We spent the week skiing at Jay Peak during a two foot snow storm and were very concerned about being able to access the house since it is down a long drive way that slopes down to the lake. We spoke to Brad and Rose who made special arrangements with their plow guy to clear us a spot at the top of their driveway to guarantee we could get out on the day of the storm. The plow driver also reached out personally to make sure he plowed before we needed to leave. The drive way was plowed three time on the day of the storm and atleast 7 total during our stay. We were able to get in and out no problem even from the bottom of the drive way and the roads to and from the mountain were easily passable with 4 wheel drive (Subaru Outback). Would recommend!

Cozy place that has the essentials to stay in. Very close to an interesting place for hiking. Grocery store, restaurant and gas station/convenience store nearby. Great distance to go to Coaticook, Magog, Orford, etc. Still need for love in terms of general outdoor maintenance, but during our visit, the place seemed to be under renovation. In terms of communication, the host was very responsive. The only point we would say disturbing is the traffic of heavyweights on the street because the mezzanine shakes when they pass in front of the house, but obviously it is disturbing only in bed early in the morning.

My workers really liked it they would have stayed longer if your airBNB would have been available.

This was the perfect spot for our family trip. Plenty of room for 8 adults. The house is private and there’s lots to do close by. We swam, golfed, hiked, and made day trips to Burlington VT and Montréal. The sunsets by the dock were amazing. I loved this property and would visit again if available.

I stayed with Frederico for a week and it was very pleasant to stay there. It was a cozy, comfortable place to stay and Frederico was very kind and helpful. I felt comfortable and had everything I needed. I liked the fact that I was able to use my private living area including basic kitchen equipment and I was happy about the fitness mat in the living room!

This was a comfortable place to stay. It was quiet while I was there. It would be quite comfortable for two guests or couples. The full sized appliances were appreciated. The soaking tub was a plus. Patrick was very kind to allow some flexibility around check in time since the weather forecast changed for the worse between the time I reserved and my scheduled date of arrival. Thank you! I would stay there again.

We had a great week at Marie-Sophie's condo. It's super clean and has all amenities. We are used to renting with Airbnb and this place is among the best equipped we rented. It is close to all activities in the charming Magog area.
