A short 5 minute drive will take you downtown for shopping, restaurants, Wilbur Chocolate, Lititz Springs Park and more!

The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It has been completely redone and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with beautiful views. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

This 1 floor duplex home has 2 bedrooms, Wifi and TVs, bathroom with full sized washer, dryer and tub/shower combo, full kitchen with electric range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, drip coffee maker, Keurig, electric water heater, toaster, dishes for 4, pots and pans, plus more! Walk or ride your bike 1 block and your on the beautiful scenic RAIL-TRAIL with easy access to Ephrata, Akron and Lititz! FYI -If you are bringing your pet, the fee is $5 per night for extra cleaning .We love longer stays and offer a 5% discount for 7 days and 10% for 30 days! Come relax and enjoy the view!

The Photographer's Cottage (by paved rail trail)

Welcome to the quaint and happy town of Ephrata. Our cottage is exactly a one mile walk from downtown eateries and activities. Take the sidewalk or the picturesque Linear Park rail trail straight to Main Street. The famous Green Dragon outdoor market (on fridays) is a couple miles away. Many nearby parks and markets attract locals and tourists alike. We had fun decorating the cottage with a bright, industrial and camera/photo theme. We look forward to hosting you.

Swallow Cottage Private Suite

While located on a private country spot, we are a walk, bike ride, or short drive to the charming town center of LItitz, Pa. While we welcome well behaved dogs, so long as they are neutered or spayed, we cannot accommodate cats. Please don’t forget to list your dog in your reservation if you are bringing one. Infants are welcome if they are not yet walking. We can provide a pack and play.
