FIVE PLUS STARS!! A wonderful place to stay. Patricia's home is beautiful! The complex is in the perfect location and Patricia is VERY responsive. I come to PV regularly and usually use a hotel. Not any longer. Her condo has everything that you need and is model perfect. I have absolutely no concerns or issues to report! If you're looking for a place in PV that you wish to stay this is it!!!!

The accommodation was for my brothers and everything was just as I said in the description, the view is beautiful and the location very convenient. Raúl always attentive. I recommend!

Excellent accommodation very spacious and comfortable ideal for long-term stays and very accessible for short term had a microwave and electric oven, very large terrace with an excellent view of the sea, very spacious dining room on the terrace and the Bolongo development is very comfortable and very familiar

We as family enjoy it, really feel like home, we cook a carne asada so I mean it like i said “feel like home “

This home was perfect for our family. We have three boys, 13/11/9, and the proximity to the beach and pool created endless activities. The view from the back porch is priceless, the small community is very friendly, and all of Sayulita is easily walkable from the house. Best yet, there is a really tasty restaurant just across the street and a local stand that has everything you need. I recommend this location for any family with small kids.

Amazing place to stay. Everything was as listed, house was perfect for what we needed and loved the pool. I’d say it was walkable, restaurants and shopping within 15-20 minute walk, uber was very responsive for the times we didn’t feel like walking. Jeffry was very responsive and addresses issues quickly. Only thing I’d suggest is on check out day that cleaning and maintenance staff not start till check out time.

Octavios place was quiet and comfortable. Having access to Azul Pitaya was a major bonus!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! My wife, myself and our toddler had the best time relaxing and enjoying this beautiful home. We loved playing outside in the backyard and swimming in the pool. We cooked a lot of our meals outside on the grill and that was awesome. The hosts were very accommodating with our toddler and provided a high chair and a pack and play. We walked around and explored the nearby areas including some restaurants, shops and the beach. We felt very safe and comfortable. The hosts were very kind and easy to communicate with. We are so glad that we found this gem and had the time we did here. We will definitely be back!

Wow, what a trip! I saved up for a long time for this, and it was worth it. The unit: Looks exactly like the pictures, with the added benefit of the 24/7 calming sound of the surf outside. Very comfy beds; good A/C; nice, clean showers and bathrooms. Washer/dryer. I was traveling with my brother, so a big selling point was the 2-bed, 2-bath unit. We didn't cook, but the kitchen seemed to have everything you'd need if you wanted to stay in. The building: Perfectly situated in the quiet Conchas Chinas neighborhood -- all the bars, shops, and restaurants in the Zona Romantica are just a 15-minute walk north along the beach. Great amenities in the building: A very friendly, bilingual staff with a 24/7 doorman; a gym; and a rooftop bar/restaurant with an infinity pool, beautiful sunset views and nice breakfast/lunch/dinner menus. Getting around: Easy peasy. There's so much to do in the area, and if you can't walk there, it's very easy to find a cab. Can't recommend it enough.

The depa is incredible, it is located in one of the best condominiums in Vallarta, many pools, several activities, spa and restaurant at very affordable prices, with direct beach access! The area is ideal for walking, next door there is a shopping square and facing several of my favorite restaurants

Rory’s place in Puerto Vallarta was absolutely stunning and far exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect—right in the heart of the city—making it easy to explore local restaurants, shops, and attractions. The space itself was beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Rory was a fantastic host: responsive, welcoming, and full of great local tips. This stay truly made our trip unforgettable. We would come back in a heartbeat!

The reviews are true! Sam's condo is amazing. You've seen the photos (wow!) so I won't bother describing the gorgeous views. We arranged transport from the airport, it was smooth and quick. Check in was simple and the groceries we ordered were waiting for us - we could relax right away. The restaurant staff including Juan Carlos and Saul took excellent care of us, and it was a blessing to have that convenience when we wanted it. Tasty food and drinks! Uber rides were never more than 5 minutes away and it's a quick trip into town. We also walked on the beach to town- very nice views. If you are into fishing I would highly recommend a trip with Sam's friends Roberto and Juan. So many fish, secluded beaches, and great snorkeling! His restaurant is also fantastic. Hanz and Nahim at concierge made our trip easy and were always available if we needed anything. I can't wait to come back! Thank you Sam and team for everything!

Amazing host, great location. We tried to book it again right away but it was already taken, great size unit and one of the only ones that the master has a view of the ocean and you can hear the waves. Must stay here

Excellent place , the practically new facilities,the pools clean , air conditioned , the jakuzis super comfortable temperature and with hydromassage , the swim lane on the second floor with beautiful view we loved it ,the apartment very spacious and very well used the spaces. We had a washing machine , dryer, soap to wash clothes and dishes , good shampoo and conditioner in bathrooms , the location of the place we liked to go to walk to the seawall !.In general, we spent a few days very comfortable ! We highly recommend it .
