The small apartment is on an old farm that has been converted into apartments. The charm of the apartment with the old beams invites you to relax and unwind. There is a bakery and village shop, and in Walsrode, 3 km away, there are numerous shopping opportunities.

There is a large garden with fruit trees, seating areas, sun loungers and hammock. The surroundings invite you to take long walks and bike or boat tours on the Aller and Leine rivers.
