At Piccolo Nido you feel at home, the host Stefano and his wife Silvana perfectly embody the concept of welcome and go beyond the foresight: the apartment is so complete that you will not miss anything either for short or long stays. Perfect, comfortable, bright with well organized and free spaces, everything works and there is much more than what is expected including the delicacy and privacy from the entrance. Therewas a cuddle and not a simple stay. Limitation, hot water, kitchen and mattress are on the top. The area is serene, very close to everything and you can easily move both on foot and by car since there is ample parking. Impeccable check-in procedure.

Loved our stay and Elena was a fantastic host! We appreciated that she let us check-in early after an early flight. Views were lovely looking out at the harbour and flat was very spacious with good air conditioning to escape the Sardinian heat. Overall we had a very happy stay with our family and would highly recommend.

Sam's house becomes your space from the entrance,spacious, airy, bright,well furnished and reserved a real pearl where the most is represented by the outdoor space. Located in a perfectly connected area without any kind of chaos,ample possibility of parking. Delightful hosts and collaborators. Impeccable location

lucky to have two beautiful warm days in late October. We also managed to swim in the beautiful pool of the accommodation... it would have been a shame not to take advantage of it. Yee!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in Olbia at Anna-Maria's place and such great value. Apartment was spacious and really well appointed. Everything we needed for the nights we chose to eat in. The location couldn't be more central but was still very peaceful. We chose to hire a car for our excursions, thank you Anna Maria for the tip! Parking was free and relatively easy to find just on the water front about 3mins walk from the apartment. Anna-Maria was an excellent and friendly host. She was very responsive to messages and gave excellent check in instructions. Thank you!

Very good choice. Simone sent the necessary information in advance. The house is modern,well-equipped, in a beautiful residential park withnice neighbors. The swimming pool is flawless. There are many excursions. I would go back anytime.

I loved Chiara’s place! Perfect location and easy for taxis to get close to so you don’t have to trek your luggage far yet still right down town, close to all the restaurants and shops. The place was super clean and well appointed with everything you need, nice linens and new towels and a spacious shower. It’s the little thoughtful things that make a great stay and it was nice to have all toiletries available and coffee, laundry detergent, etc. tastefully decorated, felt big for a studio. Great for couples or solo travelers. And street entrance, no stairs. Would def stay again. Thank you!

Really nice apartment with a beautiful view of the center of San Pantaleo, a convenient town to quickly reach the various points of interest in the area. The terrace is a great plus! Natalia (the host) was very kind and more than helpful in every conversation.

Apartment complete with everything and tastefully renovated recently. I was greeted with pastries, fresh fruit and everything you need for breakfast, Valerio is very kind. Everything was perfect.

Jacqui’s place was amazing! We spent a week there with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful time together. It’s beautiful and even way better than in the pictures. This place gives you all the rest and piece of mind that you can wish for. Super clean and very stylish, beautiful with attention to details. We enjoyed it very much. It’s quite special that there is a main house and 2 separate tiny houses with a bath/shower. The surroundings are very nice and there is also a small village close by. It’s just great! Can really recommend Jacqui’s place. 10+ for sure

Our stay went very well. We were able to enjoy the beautiful villa, well located, quiet. This despite a rainy April weather at first, then very windy. The environment, especially the island near the Caprera, lends itself to beautiful hikes. The village of La Maddalena is very close, 5' by car, and there is everything you need. The host received us very well and was very accommodating for check-in and check-out times.

In the beautiful Villa Ginepro we spent five relaxing days in spring. The house is very tastefully and comfortably furnished and offers all kinds of comforts. The location on the edge of a holiday settlement is quiet and yet central: in a few minutes you are on the beach or also in the center of Palau, where you can find a number of good restaurants. The landlords always responded immediately to questions and resolved our initial small problems with wifi and hot water in a friendly and efficient manner. For four people, the villa is perfect, for six it gets a little tight, for example if you can't eat on the terrace because of the weather.

Great stay with very nice and responsive host

Luigi was a fantastic host, giving us recommendations for local restaurants and tips. The apartment is in a lovely complex and we loved the small, quiet beach a 5 minute walk away. It was well equipped with everything we needed and I would definitely stay again!

I had a great stay at Daniele's. He was always easy to contact and very friendly upon arrival. Tha space was great and had all the amenities that I needed. Would definitely recommend.

Great cozy place feels like home.

We spent a very pleasant stay with Claudia who is a very friendly host and very lively in her answers. The accommodation was great but unfortunately you have to take the car for everything (but we knew it we saw that it is not directly in the center) the accommodation is very well furnished!!

Andrea and Christina were the perfect hosts, they made us feel relaxed and at home and were super friendly and suggested activities, restaurants and even different places in Sardinia to visit. There is a lot of things accessible to where we stayed, however if you do love exploring new places we do advise getting a car because bus system is not the best in Olbia. But when we told Andrea and Christina, they helped us out massively with getting a car. We love to explore, we went by train to the capital for one day and we visited different ports and beaches. They made our experience so much better for our honeymoon it was perfect! And there is a little bakery underneath so fresh sweets and coffee first thing is perfect! We will definitely be back next year with them they made our experience even better! Couldn’t fault them 1 bit!

Complex is very new, in a nice location with all amenities within walking distance. The surrounding area is nice and calm and good to having parking available. Lovely to just sit and look at the views from the balcony. Apartment had everything that we required, was neat and tidy. Even though it was out of season the swimming pool was open although we didn’t try it. Check in and check out instructions very clear and also some lovely touches with the welcome pack and gifts. It was perfect for us and was an ideal place to explore the island. For couples or a family this would be a perfect spot in my opinion. This provided us a great opportunity to get our first taste of what this beautiful island has to offer and we would certainly return to this apartment and Sardinia if we get a chance.

We had a wonderful time in Giulia's apartment. Dreamy beaches are nearby, each just a short car ride away. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and the view from the terrace is beautiful! Giulia was always available and very accommodating!
