owner is responsive to messages and patience is answering to our enquires. house is clean and nicely do up for our needs. if lazy to go out, the tv is set with full of shows and drama.

Host was really helpful even tho i check in really late at night. House was really clean especially the toilet. I love how host prepared everything for us to stay comfortable they even provide laudry detergent! I will definitely recommend this place and will come again for my next visit to Kuala Lumpur.

Stayed at this place for 2 weeks, overall a fairly positive experience (5 stars), and I would recommend it to others Pros: - Comfortable space that is clean - Has everything you would need, and the appliances are all in fairly good condition - Responsive host Cons: - There is some issue with the restroom that fills it with a very strong sewage smell at times, to the point where I wouldn't want to go into the restroom. The host said she will look into it, and that it might be an issue of the entire building's sewage system. Hopefully this can be fixed because otherwise it is a very nice place. - The soundproofing from the neighbors upstairs is not very good, you can hear their television and even conversations at times. It wasn't too much of a problem for me, but leaving a comment here for people that might be more sensitive to this.

Second time staying at Hakkam’s house. Very nice place, good location close to mosque and easy access via highway to KL etc. lots of food options nearby which are open late, and a laundry place

Ride to Lembah Subang station, it's a quick walk, convenient, lots of restaurants nearby, and the house is beautiful!

the accommodation is located in on the shopping mall. So I could go market to buy fruits and drinks. there is very nearby Desa Park city, went for a walk with my family. it was good accommodation for holidays.

Everything in the unit was in perfect order and clean

We were home to do visa extentions, the duration was unpredictable. I found Michelle’s place after our first airbnb was charging us about 40 % increase in rate for another month of stay. Michelle was nice and proactive, her place was as pictures shown, cosy and comfortable. We had an early check in, little bit unfamiliar with the lock. The house was clean and neat, she knew my son is allergic , she had couches cleaned. Wifi was good except it can’t reach to the master bedroom. During the stay, I extended the stay twice, Michelle was nice, she gave me discount every time unlike the first airbnb. I ended up staying in her place for about 2 months. Our stay was pleasant with 2 adults, a baby and a toddler. Location of the place is in the heart, it is very convenient to get by with a car. Even without a car, grab can be easily ordered, especially vellfire. Highly recommend the place.

Everything was perfect until I saw a small tiny cockroach appeared under the table. But overall after killing it everything was fine and the place was great and nice. Quite spacious. Location is also great and easily accessible. Host was always online. Anyways it was a great experience!

The children are very happy, and the toys provided in the room are very fun, especially the slide.The location is really great, the pool is close, the shopping is also convenient, the icity has a lot of little friends' entertainment, and there are also 7-11 downstairs etc. The only lack of beauty is that there is no tissue in the toilet, it should be worrying that the little ones tend to get wet.But it doesn't affect the experience, it's highly recommended, and I'll book it again if I come back next time.

Very convenient

Definitely will consider rebooking this place for any future need, clean and well maintained unit with self check in instructions given. My family had a great time at this place with spacious living room and kitchen, well equipped amenities, and kitchen also has all the things we needed with water dispenser. Provided 2 carparks but only 1 access card available, the guard didn't make a big fuss on letting us in so was still acceptable and can register for visitor carpark without much issues so its alright.

Wonderful house with wonderful host! Its our second time here, notice that there are few major improvements and reno work done!! We really like the design of the house before, but the new one, we loveee it! Got some minor issue during our stay and joe attended to us right away after we told him. Even offer to come and help us solve the issue even its just a small matter one. Appreciate the dedication!
