Newly renovated duplex in a quiet tree lined neighborhood just three minutes from the GSU campus. The unit has both a king and queen bedroom with a sectional sofa that pulls out into a queen bed. Kitchen is fully furnished with an oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Unit includes a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher. Exterior of the property is monitored by a Nest camera for safety. Unit is perfect for families and friends that are visiting Statesboro. Pets are welcome. No parties.

Luxury towels, nice kitchen, bath, room design/decorations. Not hard to find. Well lit. Felt like home for sure. Jeremy is very responsive and Shenna is very accommodating. Trust me, a hotel doesn't compare at all to this. Plus, you have the comfort of cooking great meals and serving yourself/family without all the wasted money on takeout. He has seasonings, pots and pans, a blender, a Keurig, there's the washer and dryer, extra pillows, sheets, etc.”
This small cabin overlooks the Canoochee River. This is the place to reconnect with your family and nature without the distractions of work. The cabin is for couples, solo adventurers and families. The river is great for kayaking, swimming and fishing. Near Statesboro, Georgia and 50 miles from Savannah.

I have empty nest..I live three miles from the gates of Georgia Southern University. We are huge Eagle fans. I have two cats and one small dog which live in the sun room with me. Two rooms: one with two single beds and one with a double bed. Great place to stay for activities at GSU. Only 55 miles to Savannah and Tybee Island.

My husband and I, loved having our meals there! It is so relaxing... 🥰 The neighbourhood is definitely one of the most beautiful places that I've ever seen (and stayed)! ❤️ She also has an adorable cat that became my best buddy! And a dog that is incredibly quite (which I loved hahahaha 😂). I highly recommend her home to anyone who wants a relaxing experience❣️”
