From this centrally located space, everything is within reach. Next to the center of Bunschoten (walking distance), Amersfoort is 10 min, Utrecht 20 min, Amsterdam 30 min and Giethoorn 45 min (by car) The house is spacious, with a nice large garden. It has 1 bedroom and 1 children's room, suitable for a baby (Max 1) or child (Max 2 in total) The living room/kitchen/bathroom etc. is completely for you, because we are also on vacation ourselves. We are located with our working dairy farm in the middle of the beautiful Eempolder, which is known for its meadow birds. There is a nice observation post for bird watching. You can beautifully cycle here and take the bike boat over the Eem and the edge lake. Every day a beautiful boat trip, from Amersfoort via Soest, Baarn, Eemdijk / Eemnes to Huizen and or Bunschoten Spakenburg. On Saturday there is the weekly market with beautiful local products and where you can get a delicious fish.

Our lodge is equipped with all modern amenities, such as a modern kitchen, a smart TV and a Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxurious jacuzzi and wood-burning stove. The lodge, with its large private garden and unobstructed views, is completely separated from the farmhouse by a fence and is accessible only to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast is available upon request.

Right in the middle of the built-up area of Bunschoten-Spakenburg, on the Kolkplein, this spacious 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor of a unique building, a rectory from 1890.
