The atmosphere was very nice, we had a calm and peaceful day. The bungalow was both very clean and more beautiful than the photos. Those who were interested were very friendly, taking care of everything. They answered each of our questions instantly. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to relax and have a head vacation with peace of mind.

Many thanks to the host. The location is in the great castle and in the city center. The house was very clean. It fully met our needs. The air conditioners are new and work very nicely. We did not feel the weather was very cold the last night. The interest and relevance was very good. We were satisfied. There were 4 bedrooms, clean and beautiful in the rooms.

The place was very clean with new bed linens and towels. The place is located inside a gated community with 24/7 security. The host was very friendly, responsive and helpful. Instructions were clear. All amenities were as described. The host even allowed us to stay for an extra day for free which was super convenient and so nice of him. He also provided us with cat litter box which was also very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay.

Just as advertised. Good value for money

The villa was clean, spacious, and well stocked with supplies needed for a week-long stay. The pool was clean and the property well maintained. The location was phenomenol - situated in the old town with shopping, restaurants, and all amenities just minutes away. We knew from previous reviews to expect music thumping from a nearby night club, so we were prepared for it. The bathtub on the top floor had very low water pressure, so it was tricky to use the shower head, but there are 2 other showers in the villa for use. The host was prompt to respond to any communication, and accessible within minutes, if needed. A perfect stay for our group of 8 (4 couples).

I can say that Arzu Hn and her husband hosted us incredibly nicely, it was the cleanest and most comfortable house I stayed in as a guest. The hospitality and warm attitude of the Arzu ladies made us feel at home. They also served lemons in their beautiful gardens when they left the house. It was a place we were very satisfied with in every way. Thank you again 🙏🏽

Its nice quite place with beautiful view, there is bedroom and dining room combined with kitchen. The hosts and their dog were very friendly. To compare to other place options around thiscarea we found here good balance price/space/ quality.

we were very welcomed, it was a magnificent place with peaceful and quiet nature, and most importantly, it was clean, we couldn't sit in the garden because it was cold, but I definitely want to be a guest again and have breakfast in the garden, thank you for everything🙏

A very special place for those who would like to spend a quiet few days surrounded by orange and lemon trees. The actual luxury of the house is its incredible size and the size of its many rooms. The living space alone is significantly larger than many double rooms in a hotel. It is advisable to enjoy breakfast directly between the oranges and lemon trees. This is also suitable because there is a direct connection to the outside from the kitchen. The way to the beach or to the mountains is about the same distance at about 20 minutes and both are definitely worth it. The contact with the host is very nice and he responds extremely quickly and helpful to questions. The only uncomfortable one was the moment we had to leave this beautiful place.

First of all, Mr. Erkan is a very caring host. Whenever we called, he responded immediately and did his best without delay. The house was really clean. There was never any smell and humidity in the house. The bed, blankets and bedding sets were too much. The width of the house was very good, the kitchen was spacious and beautiful, and it was pleasant to sit on the balcony of the house. Even the neighbors in the building were very good. The location of the house was perfect. The neighborhood was very close to you, the neighborhood was really peaceful and elite. There was a huge park in front of the building, and it was a very ideal place to relax. Many thanks to Mr. Erkan......

Overall my stay was good. There was a grocery store on the first floor of the building, many restaurants very nearby as well as a tram stop which can be used to get to the airport, and other parts of the city. The only issue I had was that the host did not provide a building number. The taxi driver could leave me at the right place. The picture that was provided did not resemble the current look of the store, but I was able to find the entrance. The host was available and replied within a few hours.

I had a long stay at the apartment and recommend it highly. Exactly as described and the host and his lovely family are right across the hall. It was wonderful when I needed help to have them so close. Very walkable to Hadrian’s gate, old town, bazaar and marina. Tram and bus stops are also very close. Internet is good. Wonderful stay!

This place has exceeded my expectations. We were given room 15 located on the lower floor (around 1m above the ground). The room was actually bigger than appeared on the photos with two double beds. Kitchen, washing machine, fridge, heating — everything was working perfectly. The internet connection was good at around 40mbps. Very clean flat, towels and disposable slippers provided, laundry powder available on request. It is also very close to the sea, supermarkets (101, migros) and several good restaurants. The host was very quick to reply and accommodating. The only downside was that I was not sure how to lock the balcony door. I would definitely recommend if this is within your budget.

Loved Emre's home. Had everything in it. Felt so much home. The location is beautiful. Neighborhood is so relaxing. Morning walk on the paths overlooking beach was a lifetime memory. Emre is very responsive and helpful. You can ask him anything. Thank you Emre for everything. We had a lovely time.

Spent in this apartment almost two weeks on September. Apartment is great exactly how you see it on photos. Great location near to the sea about 7-10 min by foot. Also there are many different mini markets, restaurants and bars. So you will live in quite area but just near to the all you may need. Really great stay. Ali is great host, quick responed to all my messages. Could only reccomend. Deffinetely come again.
