A quiet suite with bathroom and bedroom recently renovated, this private location is perfect for you. One bedroom with a comfortable bed and lots of closet space. From the bedroom you have access to a solarium where you could have your coffee in the morning. One bathroom with shower and heated floor. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances. Comfortable living room with TV and outdoor patio with a table and chairs. Shared laundry with stackable washer/dryer. You will have a private entrance that takes you to your garden suite. There is no access to the main part of the house. We are a family of 3 living upstairs. We are close to downtown Vancouver, around 25 min by car or there are direct buses from Deep Cove. You can enjoy the benefits of the slower pace of North Shore, while maintaining proximity to downtown Vancouver. It really is the best of both worlds. -WiFi -Radiant in-floor heating at the bathroom -Baseboard heat in every room -Gas fireplace -In-suite laundry We will interact with our guests as much or as little as desired and possible. Deep Cove is short walk through the woods or you can take the bus. At the village you will find restaurants, coffee shops, gift stores, The Deep Cove Sailing Club and a Kayak rental facility. You could also hike to Quarry Rock and enjoy the beautiful view. Great spot for all seasons. At summer time you can go for a hike on the woods, enjoy the beach or have a hamburger at the park. Two golf courses just a short 5 minute drive from the house. Winter is beautiful around here, you will be close to the Cypress, Grouse and specially Mount Seymor Ski hill. Whistler is not far if you want to go for a drive. And you can mountain bike all year! Other things around here: The Raven Pub – Great pizza! Excellent choice for a beer after a long day! Amazing Seaview Vacation Cottage House

This cottage is a small single house totally independent of the main house, sitting isolated on the top backyard. Two separate entries, very privately and romantic, patio with a outdoor fireplace. Located beside the merge of Burnaby and Port Moody, By driving 35 minutes to Downtown Vancouver, 5 minutes to Barnet Marine Park and Rocky Point Park, 20 minutes to Balcarra Regional Park and Buntzen Lake Park. Simple cooking. The cottage in a noble and quiet neighbourhood. Residential neighbours here to be considerate of. Please be reasonable on and after 10PM. Smoking is only allowed outside. The cottage is pet friendly place, but is only for well behaved and trained pets. Pets are forbidden pee and /or poo in the room, otherwise it will be charged at least $200 extra. The cottage is surrounded by forest and garden , very natural , a little bit far from normal residential area, sometimes will see some tiny harmless insects only on the floor.

Guest suite is located on the lower floor with its own private entrance at the rear of the home. The space is bright and spacious with windows and is self contained with 1 bedroom, kitchen, living area and bathroom. The Airbnb host lives upstairs in the home but their area is completely separate from the guest area. My place is close to great views, restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, nightlife and Skytrain.
