Vacation rentals with a patio in Butte County

A lovely, quiet home in a peaceful, rural-agricultural neighborhood overflowing with historical Oroville vibes. Some other reviewers have commented their concern over the local homeless population and while we did see one such fellow, it wasn't an issue and didn't cause us to feel unsafe. The dogs loved the open space throughout the house and the fenced yard -- FYI, though: if you have a small dog that could squeeze through a 5"x5" square, the backyard fencing likely wouldn't meet your needs. The back porch with string lights is a nice space to spend the evening or in the morning with coffee. Love the early morning rooster sounds nearby that are only audible from outside the home! I also truly appreciated the abundance of cozy blankets for snuggling up with. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

I’ve stayed here before and knew how nice it was. I’ve stayed at other local places and this is by far the best. I’ll definitely be booking with Adam again on my return to the area.

we had our kids and one Dog, she was kinds responsive and flexible when needed and anything I brought up which were all little things I needed she took care of quickly and accommodated us as needed. My kids enjoyed feeding horses and the friendly dogs on-site. We would stay agian

Marie is a fantastic host! Probably one of the best hosts I've ever had. Location was easy to find and pictures are accurate. Great location to some of Oroville's historic highlights, such as the Chinese Museum, Lott Home, Feather River Park and the Green Line that takes you to the various areas of interest.

My girlfriends and I had an amazing stay at this place! It’s in an excellent location, walking distance from the college campus and downtown. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our experience even more enjoyable.

Everything was simply PERFECT! So clean and fresh with beautiful decor accents! The furnishings were very comfortable and great bedroom accommodations. The interior design is extremely well planned with privacy for all guests. We felt right at home and couldn’t have asked for a more charming, wonderful place to stay! The private outdoor space is calming and tranquil. We would DEFINITELY stay there again given a chance’s to revisit Chico. Thank you so very much for being so responsive kind hosts!

We stay with my daughter’s family. Bedrooms arrangement were perfect. Kids loved game table and pool. Perfect for a family. We absolutely loved our stay.

The Lassen House was a great spot to land for me and my family. Nice rancher floor plan with plenty of space for everyone to move about. The neighborhood was very quiet and the front yard is gorgeous. Kelsey was proactive in making sure that we had everything we needed and was always responsive to any questions. The house was in a great location in Chico in close proximity to all of the big ticket items. We would definitely stay again!

My sister and her daughter stayed in Deserae’s house and they loved it so much! My niece wrote a note asking if she could buy her house lol(she’s 7) they had a few games in the house, some bikes in the back yard that were available for use! It was a real nice place. Thank you! Next time they visit we will try and book again!

This home is my wife and I's favorite Airbnb in Chico. It's a beautiful home, cozy and within walking distance to a grocery store and a burger place. We highly recommend this place for your next trip!

Perhaps my favorite thing about this property is that it is so close to Bidwell Park. Erica is a fantastic hostess and the house is all new and fresh. GREAT kitchen, big open living space, and good sized comfortable bedrooms. Great location to go explore nature or pop into the town center for restaurants and shops. One thing to be aware of is that the street is a bit of a busy one and there can be a little road noise at times.
