Apartment vacation rentals in Cabanatuan City

I must say me and my family had a pleasant stay at DJCI Apartelle. We had a smooth checkin process and the room was clean, perfect for travelers who want to stop over Cabanatuan area. And mind you, you can use the kitchen complete with pans and utensils as well. Such a steal for a super affordable price.

Place is clean, comfortable, safe and everything is there are advertised. We love yhe ambiance at the upper deck! Marissa is very responsive and accommodating of last minute request. Only down side is the low pressure in the sink and fluctuating hot and cold shower but other than those, we had a relaxing stay after hours of long drive. Thank you!

Such an accommodating host. I was assisted even though I arrived late - around 8PM. There was an issue with the smart tv but was gladly assisted by their staff. Overall, I would choose to book this place again if I were to visit the area. Thank you.

The place is nice. the only problem is the water in the toilet is so low.

This is simple, basic, very clean accommodation. Great value. Rooms are located within an Apartelle Complex just opposite the Doctors Hospital on the main stretch. The room in the pictures may be representative, depending on number of occupants, but the rooms are all the same style and decor. AirConditioning (Split Type) was excellent and very quiet. We slept very well. Kitchen to cook if you want to is a nice touch. The location was perfect for us, as our daughter is working at the Doctors Hospital for one year, so we will definitely stay again. A great shopping complex opposite, just a few minutes walk. Robinsons Supermarket, PureGold etc just a stones throw away. I found the local Trycicle drivers very amicable and fairly priced. SM Cabanatuan is just a short ride away. There is a great bus service operating 24 hours a day from Manila, which we utilised. 5 Star Bus Line. Very efficient and inexpensive. Communication with the hosts was excellent.

Sophia Prime Residences gets two thumbs up from me! It's not only clean and safe, but the hosts are incredibly approachable and friendly, making for a welcoming atmosphere. The location is a huge plus – it's conveniently situated near a shopping mall, offering plenty of options for dining and entertainment, and public transportation is readily available, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. I've stayed there twice and would happily return. The overall experience was excellent.

Nice and clean

A very pleasant stay. It had ample shaded parking (we were the only ones parked at the time). The caretaker was nearby in case we needed anything. The place was spotless when we arrived. It was also very well-appointed, particularly the kitchen. We loved cooking breakfast there. It felt like I was at home, since all the utensils and tools were complete. Ms. Marissa was also right on top of it when we needed cooking gas. Normal Nueva Ecija weather is sweltering, so the aircon was working double time to keep up. The pristine and minimalist condition of the place helped a lot though, we didn't feel "kulob" or suffocated in the unit. Great stay! Will definitely return for future trips.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 6D5N stay! The location was ideal—just a short walk to Citymall & stores. The internet connection was reliable, which was a plus. There's also available water and toilet paper. The room was clean and well-lit, making it a comfortable space to relax in. Cielo was an exceptional host; she was kind and approachable, offering great recommendations and clear instructions throughout my stay. I can’t wait to return to Nueva Ecija and stay here again! Highly recommend!
