The stay was excellent, the flat is very beautiful and organized.The host always responded to us quickly. I and my family love the stay. All perfect, pools, leisure area, location.

The location of the apartment is one of the best in the condominium. The condominium is super well structured, clean and organized. The structures and accommodations inside the apartment are perfect and as described in the listing . The tenant always responds to requests and takes the necessary steps in to make hosting the best possible .

Otimo apartment with a perfect view. Staff in the building were very solicitous and kind. Besides, Barbara and her family were super quiet and nice. We want to go back.

The environment is exactly as described by the host, as well as the photos released. The social areas of the condominium are very well maintained and with clear instructions. The accommodation is super accessible, close to several locations and I simply loved everything in the apartment. About the Maycon host, just compliments. It was solicitous and all the time sought alternatives to some specific requests of mine. Plus, everything was absolutely perfect! At the end of the year I intend to resume João Pessoa for sightseeing again and for sure the accommodation will be the chosen

Great flat! In fact stand in the sand! The apartment was extremely clean and smelly. It accommodates two people very well, decoration of great taste and has kitchen utensils for a very comfortable stay. Cama super comfortable. Quiet location. Near everything. Marcelo was very friendly at all times and responded very quickly. The pool is sensational, wonderful view. We love the stay and will be back for sure!

The stay was great! We were afraid of having to bring/buy utensils for the apartment, but it exceeded our expectations. The apartment is VERY well equipped and cozy, and Danilo was very kind to us. Having breakfast with the ocean view was the icing on the cake. We'll definitely be back!

Apartamento Clean, well maintained, as announced. The defective dishwasher and electric oven could not turn it on. Other items within the normal range. Excellent outdoor area, great pools with various child structures, good gym. Very attentive lobby staff. I recommend it.

We love the days we spent in Maria Letícia's apartment. It was all very good, especially as described in the listing. She and her father, Mr. Dady, have always been very attentive and flexible in everything we need, we just have to thank you. As a suggestion and for an even better stay, it would be good for them to put an air conditioner in the living room. I would definitely stay and recommend this property. Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience at Ricardo's apartment. During our stay the neighborhood was extremely quiet, so we had no problem with noise or any other kind of discomfort. The apartment fully corresponds to the description made by Ricardo, has a wonderful view, excellent leisure area with restaurant options, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, beauty salon, etc., very close, a few minutes' walk. Ricardo promptly responded to us, extremely polite and cordial and offered us tips on amenities to facilitate our stay. The doormen were very polite to us. I highly recommend it!

We rented only one night, which is quite difficult in some apartments to rent for a night, so for this reason it is already a positive review, we had a great rest, a quiet night, no noises, comfortable beds, small apartment, but we were in 3 adults and 2 children and we were very comfortable. I recommend the apartment and the condominium is a true paradise, foot in the sand, wonderful beach, our daughters love the pools, the toy library, zip line, it's worth it! The host Adelino always attentive and helpful at all times. It explained all the details of the building and the apartment, from the parking space to the existing grocery store in the building. A huge pool, easy and quick access to the beach and a restaurant next to the building. The very organized apartment, generous and pleasant space. We will return more often, see you soon. 👏🏻
