Vacation rentals with breakfast in Cabo Frio

We spent a weekend at the house. Claudia welcomed us very warmly and made us feel right at home. The house is simple but very functional, the bedroom and bathroom are clean. Wonderful breakfast, better than in many places out there. The location is great, we walked to Geribá beach and Ferradurinha beach easily. We used Uber to Rua das Pedras with ease. Claudia always responded promptly and very solicitously. She gave us the flexibility to check out as well. We love it and will definitely be back.

I'm just going to say 10/10. The comfort of the bed, the comfort of the room and above all the human validity of Raul and cycero we stand out !! But even more the delicious breakfasts they gave us, different days different breakfasts! Love tips and above all good to know , for recommendations of the best ! Two loving people who stand out for their clear communication and above all their sweetness in speaking ! Every day we were rest from ten, we watched Netflix. Own bathroom and the bed super comfortable , with a rich aroma! Thank you thank you for giving the best for your guests !

The loft is amazing, perfect for a romantic weekend getaway. Everything of very good quality, sheets, pillows, towels and so on. Minibar with drinks. Perfect Jacuzzi. Perfect breakfast. Perfect location. Lots of privacy. I highly recommend it!

An incredible home, with an amazing view, and warm and friendly owners. The home and view are even better than the photos! It was a comfortable and relaxing place to stay and we felt very taken care of. The spacious outdoor areas and layout of the home made it easy to share with the owners and other guests. The beach is close and easy to get to and the location is also close to Buzios and all it has to offer. We would love to visit again!

We loved the place, very tidy and clean the facilities, the breakfast is very rich and it should also be noted that the location was incredible, very close to rua das piedra to be able to go out at night, very calm. We arrived late at night in Buzios around 01:30 in the morning and we had no problem getting in at that time. I recommend it 100%

Our stay at Casa Proa was wonderful, I totally recommend it. Gabriel and Patricia are excellent hosts, always attentive to our needs and with a very warm and friendly treatment. We went with our 3-year-old and were very patient with her. We were 5 minutes from Geribá beach walking and about 15 minutes from Ferradurinha beach walking. To the other beaches we were Uber and we would take 15 to 20 minutes approx. They also lent us quitasol and chairs to take to the beach since everywhere they charge for passing those things. The sector is very quiet and safe, with places nearby to eat but we preferred to eat at Casa Proa because Patio cooked very rich and the terrace is very comfortable. The breakfast that was included was the best because we got up and everything was ready and fresh. Also water, coffee and tea were available all day long. ¡Would definitely stay at Casa Proa again if we go back to Buzios! 🫶🏼🙌🏻

The property is beautiful and the details in the housekeeping make a difference. The room all works perfectly as in the description. The breakfast was well served and tasty and we loved to have outdoor coffee (but they also gave us the option to serve in the bedroom), but we opted for the outdoors and it was worth it. And something we also liked was the exchange of ideas with the owners Gustavo and Juan, they are very beautiful people. So super we recommend and would come back.

Best accommodation I have ever had in Búzios, I go often and had never been treated as well as I was by host Nélio and his wife. The suite is exactly as it appears in the photos, the location is great (in front of Tucuns beach), all very clean and neat, with a super interesting and very complete external area, I highly recommend this stay.

Excellent attention from Sara, Michael and Maria, always available for any questions. Very good, everyone! The place is very nice, the breakfast is very complete and the pool is spectacular!! It has a good location, there are supermarkets and pharmacies nearby. We hope to go back!

The Pousada is just wonderful! Better even in the photos. The reception of the Host and the managers were genuine, we felt at home. Breakfast and cleaning were exceptional! We will definitely come back! Fantastic location and cost benefit.
