Me and my family like it very much , the apartment is according to photos and description of the listing , a positive point is that there is an elevator in the building since the apartment is on the third floor , whoever is with two cars has a small square in front of the super quiet building that we left the second car there and we had no problems, tbm we use very good barbecue area by the way . Dona Maria who welcomed us very polite and requests a belezinha , and the owner of the extremely polite tbm apartment. We had a great stay .

The apartment is mto well located, away from the turmoil by the beach, market, bakery, pharmacy. The kitchen is complete, it has accommodated us very well. We love it, we intend to go back.

Well let's go, I made an amazing trip, a beautiful place that is paraty, the house is between paraty and trinity, to go to trinity 10 minutes by car, quick mto with amazing beaches and lush waterfalls, to go to the paraty center exact 18 minutes, with many top places, and what about the host, well I did not have the opportunity to meet in person, but I wanted a pure person, kind and friend, man 100% do not complain, next trip in the city I will not go or look for a place, because I already have a house top, mto enjoy being quiet with polite people I was not accustomed to, receiving good day from people who pass on the street and I'm inside the yard, there is a place that not conversing vc gets a good day and it's poorly treated, good who want to go to paraty people don't waste time good quiet and easy access, and with a host that you can count, any day you can count. thank you very much Ronaldo for the stay.

Our stay was great! Fábio and the perfect host wife, always available and super requested! The house is exactly the same as in the pictures, but the size of the pool by the photo gives the impression of being bigger. Very beautiful view to the beach! No more, the rooms with air conditioning and mattresses in perfect condition. The simple toilets (1 suite upstairs and 1 downstairs), but they do well. The neighborhood is a little away, but by car arrives super fast on the beaches and downtown. There are 2 markets in the neighborhood that meet the needs of everyday life very well! I recommend it!

We were there from January 2-5, 2025 with 7 people, 6 adults and 1 child. The house is exactly as advertised: clean, full of utensils for use, especially in the kitchen. All rooms with air-conditioning. Quiet and safe street. Very close to good beaches, 20 minutes from the historic center of Paraty (by car). The host was very helpful. One of the best we've ever had. She answered all questions very quickly and indicated options for tours and nice beaches. Thanks a lot!

The space is small but it is wonderful, we feel at home, clean and cozy, we do not feel warm, but we recommend putting air conditioning and a stove with an oven, as it will value much more, we will definitely return!

We love the apartment, super spacious well-lit and very close to the region's trades. i recommend that you glue some hooks to hang towels in the bathhiero because depending on the length of the stay and the amount of people, the clothesline does not dry clothes and wet towels. Super attentive host to learn that the blender was broken and soon arranged another new one for the apartment .
