Villa Terre & Mer is located in Escoville, just 15 minutes from the beaches of Cabourg and Caen. Guests will enjoy a private indoor pool heated to 28°C all year round. This house for 6 to 8 people includes on the ground floor, a pool of 8 m x 3.5 m, a shower, a toilet and a laundry room. On the first floor, a kitchen area opens onto the living room. On the 2nd floor, 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Outside there is a terrace, a relaxation area and a small courtyard.

Our accommodation (13 people max) is close to Caen (25 minutes) and the sea in a very beautiful countryside of the pre-bocage in Normandy. Easy access by car, train and airport. You will love our place because of its beauty, countryside, rest, horses (horseback riding possible), massages and indoor heated pool. Ideal for families of 4–10 people. The 4th bedroom is a very large hallway, so I very often put an extra bedroom in the annex for more comfort.

Guests have access to the swimming pool (15 June-15 September) and tennis court of the residence, as well as a double garage in the basement.

The swimming pool is heated to 28 degrees and is available from April to September if the weather permits.
