Vacation rentals in Cagayan Valley

Description stated in the listing is very much accurate. Though there aren’t as much pictures shown, they are very accurate and not camera tricks. The listing definitely exceeded our expectations. I initially found the pictures too good to be true with regards to the size but the common space, living room, kitchen and rooms are really very spacious. There are a total of 11 room. 2 by the poolside, 1 in the mainhouse with direct access to the poolside and ensuite bathroom/toilet and another 2 more in the 1st floor with access to a common comfort room. There are 6 more rooms in the 2nd floor. Even with our group of 20 adults and 10 kids, we still had 1-2 rooms spare. Pool is very clean and well maintained with a bar area. The listing is complete with all kitchen accessories and appliances and may be used. Videoke was placed inside the house sa as not to disturb the neighbors in case you would want to sing your hearts out during your entire stay there. Wifi is available and signal is spread out in the entire rental. There is indoor parking for 2 cars and driveway parking for some more vehicles. It is situated inside a secured and quiet neighborhood. A convenience store is just outside the main gate that has essentially everyting you might need plus more. They have a variety of cheese, coldcuts, sandwiches and pizza. Caretakers are available anytime and are very nice too. Folding tables and monobloc chairs are available in the listing.

We had a wonderful stay! The place is convenient, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to toys and a small pool for the kids. The house and garden had lovely plants. The host was very attentive and considerate of our group’s needs. We also appreciated the little touches like coffee, tea, shampoo, towels, and Alexa for music and convenience. The location is perfect—quiet but just a short walk to the Capitol and park. We love Villa Naranja and our hosts! Ate Jen is always smiling and laughing, Phil is quiet but always smiling. They make sure we have all the things we need. They are very hands on. Thank you also for letting us check in super early. We were happy from the moment we stepped in until we got home while looking Villa Naranja’s post of our stay. And we love the free wine! It is so delicious. We will book again here!

Went on a 6-day road trip of Northeastern Luzon, and our stay at Ms. Judith's place was in the final stretch of our itinerary. It was raining all day and all night, but still, everything was perfect about this place. We had a good night sleep because of the peacefulness of the place and felt well-rested the next morning to continue on with our journey. Definitely the best place to stay when you are in Apayao.

I thought that the pictures didn’t do the place justice Every thing was ok What I didn’t like was the CCTV camera in the property I thought that was an invasion of privacy an Airbnb should be like staying in you own house Do not have an intermit moment with your partner on the couch while watching TV because you are being recorded

Cham's rest house in Tuguegarao City provided a comfortable and convenient stay for our family. Cham was responsive and helpful, addressing our needs promptly. We especially appreciated his understanding and flexibility when we required a later check-out due to a family emergency. The house offered a peaceful atmosphere, and we found it to be a suitable base for our time in the city. We would recommend this property to others seeking a reliable and well-managed place to stay.

Nice and interesting place with some nice views from the rooftop deck. The A/C units and the hot water in the shower work great. Felt great to have a real hot shower. Peter is a great host. He is very helpful, friendly, professional and responsive.

The place was clean and spacious. It was peaceful. I can say that the place was a complete package for its price. It is highly recommended to stay here.
