It is a cozy house with a lot of soul. The decoration recalls wonderful places in the world, memories of my travels. The location is perfect to enjoy the sea or the mountain, 3 minutes from them. It is a very comfortable house, to enjoy as a couple or family of the terraces that surround the house, of the 3 bedrooms, large dining room, open kitchen and a lot of garden. Luminoso studio en atico con terraza vista al mar, el apartamento dispone de terraza privada con tumbonas, mesa y sillas de uso exclusivo. en el interor la cama es de 160x 200 con colchon de latex el televisor es smart tv de 50 pulgadas esta situado en el centro del puerto a 15 metros de la playa y a 0 de restaurantes y cafeterias. el supermercado mas proximo esta a 100 metros, la parada de taxi a 150 y la estacion de autobus a 200. o 50 metros de parada autobus del aeropuerto.

There is an open planned kitchen with white units, and appliances including a fridge-freezer, a microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, electric hob with two rings and self catering kitchen utensils. There is a cosy living space with a sofa and table with chairs glass sliding doors opening into the lovely balcony over the beach road and with beautiful views right around the bay and the beach. Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe, one full bathroom, wc , washbasin and bidet.

Whenever we travel we always go with high expectations and when we return, the memories of the beautiful things are the ones that remain. Cala Sant Vicenç, without being a well-known place, is a magical place. For its coves with the best waters of Mallorca, its excellent restaurants and bars. Our home, located in a unique spot, with the help of the swimming pool and the memories that you may have taken away from the cove, may make you come back again, perhaps in 2023.

Ca Na Xidoia is decorated in a rustic style, with attention to detail in every corner. The ceilings are high with wooden beams, an open concept, a loft with an open kitchen and a mezzanine room with a low height, and a steep staircase. Its style has a lot of character but at the same time it has all the modern comforts, to enjoy a wonderful vacation. It has a Balinese bed, private pool, free WiFi, air conditioning, and heating. A unique space for our guests.

You are going to love my place because it is a cozy space, you have the sea right at your feet, unparalleled views from this "Lookout" apartment in the Cala San Vicente (Pollença) neighborhood. IT is part of a small complex, built on a hill with just 18 units (each one with a private entrance). It has a shared pool and even a staircase that goes down the rocks directly to the sea.. My accommodation is good for couples.
