100mt2 apartment in a charming villa, walking distance to the beach: a large living room with smart TV, a couch, and a new air-conditioner. A furnished kitchen. We are a young couple with a little kid completely immersed and fond of the island. This 300 m2 house with 5 terraces was built in an exceptional location directly by the sea, at a time when it was still possible to build in the first row. The beach of Cala Santanyi is 300 m away, and the bathing area on the rocks directly in front of the house is only 15 metres away. The unreal turquoise water of the Mediterranean can be seen from almost every room of the house through the green of the pine trees. The landmark of Mallorca, Es Pontas, is within sight on the opposite side of the bay.

All visitors not registered in the booking must be authorized by the property manager; access without prior authorization is not allowed.
