Enjoy a private patio with beautiful views and peaceful spaces to enjoy outdoor. We live on property in the main house so additional amenities can be provided to make your stay personalized.

Our guest suite is on the ground floor of an upgraded,renovated, 2 story home built in 1968. Amenities include: keyless entrance,10'x11' bedroom with queen size bed, private bathroom, private living room with sectional sofa, YouTubeTV, Wi-Fi,shared kitchen, Central Heating and Air Conditioning (Host control: 69-72 F), and a work desk.

The studio has comfortable chairs, a drop-leaf table, fast Wi-Fi, Roku TV, wardrobe & a rustic kitchenette filled with all the basics. . . including an induction stove. We decorate to seasons.

Recently remodeled, very Clean, one bedroom one bathroom house is close to Moorpark, Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley and Camarillo. It is close to Reagan Library, Moorpark College, Amgen, T.O. Civic Arts Plaza and Camarillo Outlets. Driving distance to Ventura and Malibu beaches.

The cottage is located by our orchard, very private w views from every window. Comfortably furnished (Queen bed, couch, desk, armoire, dresser,TV) it comes w a kitchen (incl w/d), bathroom (shower) and a fenced yard to relax. It has a light and airy feel, heating and a/c. Comfortable to get to work or heal or explore SoCal's beaches, mountains, hiking, biking, visit Universal Studios or Santa Barbara a perfect little home to get away for a couple of days, weeks or even months.

Transportation through the Metrolink and Amtrak is located just a few blocks away.

Relax in this cozy one-bedroom coastal retreat with ocean breezes, a Smart TV, a dedicated workspace, and a secluded private outdoor space. Polished beeswax-finished concrete earthing floors connect you to the ground for a calm, restorative stay. Cleaned following CDC guidelines with added UVC sanitizing and a Dyson air purifier. Set on a quiet street near the harbor, beaches, surfing, sunsets, whale watching, and local yoga. One parking space included.

The Vista, "in a tiny experience." Enjoy a relaxing stay in a tranquil location with a nice view above the 200 vine vineyard. Listen to the sounds of birds. Includes a full kitchen, bathroom, queen bed located in the loft (you must go up narrow steep steps,) convection oven/microwave, induction range, air conditioner, heater, desk, indoor and outdoor shower, and quaint patio. Very fast WIFI. The home has both an indoor and outdoor shower.
