The place was clean and nice. Just that one of the room’s doorknob is loose. Also cannot close the main door. ATE (caretaker) was very helpful. Owner also very responsive which is very helpful. Thank you

The property is easily located on Google Maps. The host was very accommodating, and although essentials like towels and an amenity kit weren't listed, they were still provided. The place felt like home, and all appliances and furniture were in good condition. Even though it's not large, it has enough space to accommodate more than the six of us. My infant son didn't experience any allergies, so I can attest to the absence of dust. My family really enjoyed our stay and hopes to return in the future. Awesome work to the host and everyone involved in keeping this property in such great condition!

Jennylyn is a pleasant host, responsive and provided complete instructions to check in. And her unit feels home -- very clean, relaxing and just the right distance from the Centro. Soap and trashbins are well provided. It is also secured with CCTVs outside.

Probably one of the cleanest Airbnbs that I've visited. Moreover, my family got along with the host very well because he's very responsive and open. If you do have questions about the area (things to do, where to get supplies, etc.), he'd be more than happy to help. Rating the overall experience with a perfect score. We're definitely coming back.

So impressed with Dhang’s Airbnb. The house is BEAUTIFUL! Dhang’s brother welcomed us to the house. The Airbnb is very clean, relaxing and well worth the stay. I wish we had more time to roam around the area but unfortunately, we only had one night. Highly recommend this place and I am rating it 5 stars overall,

We enjoyed staying at Casa Erlinda. Location was very convenient and a comfortable stay for all of us, 8 pax with my pet. Highly recommended and i will surely be back next time i will visit Camarines Sur.

We held our annual get together at Jho's place and it was lovely. The place was clean, smells good and we loved that the decorations was minimal yet very cozy. We also loved the big mirror. The airconditioning was good, beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean, wifi connection was stable. The only suggestion I can give is to provide more drinking water. All in all, we recommend this listing!

We had a great stay at this place in Naga City! The location is excellent—just a short walk from the Naga Central Terminal, which made getting around very convenient. The room looked exactly like the photos: clean, cozy, and well-maintained. We really appreciated the complimentary coffee and chips, which was a nice touch. The place was very comfortable! Very clean with a modern touch, heated water, AC, TV, and overall just a wonderful place to stay if you’re looking for somewhere near the heart of Naga City! The area is walking distance from many popular places in the city. Most notably, M Plaza. We went there many times and it was very nearby with plenty to do and live bands every weekend! There’s also a SMmall very close by which makes a perfect location for any shopping. Host is very responsive for answering and questions I had with the place. Definitely recommend this place to stay for a comfortable home near some very chill settings for music and shopping.

Booked this because of the pool and board games. Kids loved the stay and lots of activities to choose from inside the unit. Room was super clean and smells good. I love that it has complete kitchen needs. For me it is a bit pricey compared to other rentals we stayed in the big cities like Manila and Cebu with same amenities and features. But we had great stay.

My family in Naga stayed in Mr. Samuel’s place during the Pepito typhoon. The place was nice and very safe. He’s so professional and communicative host. My family love his place. They say it feels like “HOME”. Thank you sir, Samuel for being a great host. Highly recommended to group or Family who wants to stay in Naga. The place is also near “Centro” where you can do a lot of things. Good place. Good foods. 💯❤️
