Great place to stay! Has everything you need, and the host was kind and attentive!

I was only come to pnom penh to stays at andy’s place, his place give you the experience as if you are someone who lives in a movie. The balcony is my favorite spot. However if you looking place where you can cook while stay it’s not really suite to what you are looking cause the kitchen is not working, but they have washing machine, so you don’t really have to worry about laundry and dirty clothes while you are traveling. Overall it has been nothing but to match my expectation, love it!

Wonderful stay with a nice view. Clean and equipped with every comfort. Communication was good and fast. Clear explanation and a tour of the immense building. Every tuk tuk driver knows how to find it when you say prince mall.

I think the place is perfect and the host is great and very responsive. I had a problem with the TV and they came and fixed it straight away. I also asked if the host could help with a water delivery which they helped with. I would recommend a table and chair on the balcony, I moved a chair from inside the house to the balcony as it’s a perfect sun trap. Outdoor pool isn’t so nice. Location is good, some nice coffee shops and restaurants nearby. It’s a nice peaceful spot away from all the chaos of pub street. Highly recommend

Thimoro is very communicative, very friendly and compassionate. If there's a problem, talk to him first. I had a nice time in the apartment, close to Central Market.

We just loved our time with Esaro and his family. There is no way you could feel more welcomed by anyone. From the minute you arrive you feel like one of the family .. so kind and effortless. Their food is really tasty and fresh (mostly cooked by his lovely wife) The rooms are rustic and sweet with a really nice chill out area with hammock. The bed was comfy and there is a decent mosquito net to keep you free from any bites during the night 😊. There is good wifi If you need it, but most of the time we enjoyed heading out for a few trips and then just enjoying the local company at ‘home’ with Esaro and his family. The caves are only a walk away , but there is an easy tuk tuk service available that Esaro can organise quickly if you want to use that (or when you want to head further into the main city). There are also some bikes you can use if you fancy a cycle. If you want to get lost for a few days in local life alongside a few trips, Esaro’s Homestay is perfect.

Stayed for a month+ in July 2018 and onwards. The house and garden is amazing. Old World charm. From the large balcony (there are two) you have sea view to the one side, and jungle view to the other. The garden is large and green with palm, papaya, mango and avocado trees and a pond for fish. A short walk to the ocean, and a short drive to Kep beach & city and to the national park. Kampot is half an hour away in tuk-tuk.

very clean, large and feel very comfortable. the environment is very good. highly recommend for group of people who like nature and quietness from city.

I booked this place for the view & it did not disappoint. The place was very clean. The host tries his best to meet you. ( I arrived earlier than I said). Clean towels, blankets and dishes. Right on the road for the riverside walk, and many restaurants around. I would definitely stay again. Thank you for your hospitality Moody ☺️

We had such a good stay at this apartment. The place was pristine and it had all the amenities needed. Plus point that there were many international sockets for charging. Peaceful at night for a good night's sleep, along with comfy beds and Pillows. Location was centralised to get to many other places.

It is recommended to use it as a self-catering accommodation as a family. Seasonings and kitchen utensils are prepared so that food can be prepared, making it convenient to use. The view of the Mekong River from the 19th floor veranda was wide, so the view was good. It was also convenient to use the friendly surrounding information provided by the Juan Manager.
